‘You’ve got to do it with all knives’: would rounded tops help tackle knife crime?

The yoga teacher who was present at the Southport attacks is heading a campaign that aims to get all knives in the UK made with a rounded tops in an effort to make them safer, and deter knife crime. Do people in Wales think that will help?
