00:26Tevez is accused as the mastermind in the assassination of Negros Oriental Governor Roel DeGamo.

00:32DeGamo's widow, incoming Congresswoman Janice DeGamo, said Tevez's re-arrest was a significant

00:37step in their quest for justice.

00:39She noted that nine other people were killed besides her husband.

00:43Tevez was first arrested in Timor-Leste in March 2024, but was released when he won his

00:47appeal against extradition.
