Joint DSWD, TESDA support for 4Ps 'graduates' strengthens gov't efforts vs poverty--Romualdez

House Speaker Martin Romualdez has expressed his full support for the partnership between the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in providing scholarships, skills training, and certification to former beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
