00:00Okay, and obviously there's growing pressure.
00:03I mean, there's been pressure for some time, but I would say it's grown in recent months,
00:06especially from regional powers, for the recognition of a Palestinian state.
00:12I mean, do you feel that Prime Minister Netanyahu and those in his inner core are feeling that pressure?
00:20I don't think there was a really tangible pressure on Netanyahu up until recent weeks
00:26when it seems that the Trump administration of all players has begun to be impatient
00:33with the current positions of the Israeli government.
00:36So we saw a visit by President Trump to the region that from an Israeli perspective was stunning.
00:42Israel thinks that or holds itself to be the closest ally of the United States in the region.
00:47And there you have President Trump, who is really perceived to be a great friend of Israel.
00:54He's coming to the region without even stopping in Israel, going to Riyadh, going to Doha, going to Abu Dhabi,
01:01signing all these massive agreements about top technology, which really chip away on what we call in Israel
01:09the qualitative edge of Israel.
01:12On top of that, he's meeting the president of Syria, El Jilani.
01:15He's removing the sanctions without even talking to Israel.
01:17Before coming to Israel, he signed some sort of a ceasefire deal with the Houthis
01:22that allows them to continue to fire at us in Israel.
01:25Last week I was in Israel, two nights, you know, the Houthis are firing and there are sirens.
