00:00Visualize a typical day in your life at the age of 30.
00:03You'll be amazed the kind of similarities you will find.
00:07A typical day at the age of 30 would include a job or a business,
00:11a husband or a wife, a kid or couple of them, a house, a vehicle of your choice.
00:16Some of you would be thinking of a foreign country.
00:18Who gave these ideas to you?
00:20How did this get into your mind?
00:22But when it enters your mind,
00:24the tragedy is that it no more remains social.
00:27It becomes personal.
00:28What do you say?
00:29This is my personal goal.
00:30This is what I personally love.
00:32There is hardly any individuality in our existence.
00:35So you have bought into all those dreams.
00:37And there is hardly any variety in those dreams.
00:40Job, money, wife, kids.
00:42The core would remain the same.
00:43And that's what explains the midlife practice.
00:45The stuff that you bought into at the age of 20 or 25
00:48starts showing up as fake by the age of 35 or 40.
00:52But by then it is just too late.
00:53You have made irreversible decisions.
00:55You just cannot now get out of.
00:58The next episode is midlife crisis.
