00:00Cats, said Dougal, unexpectedly.

00:25I have been giving a lot of thought recently to the subject of cats.

00:31Now it's always been a mystery to me why people keep cats when they could have a dog.

00:37Oh, Dougal, said Florence.

00:40People like cats because they're, uh, they're, um, yes, said Dougal.

00:47Well, they're pretty.

00:50Pretty is as pretty does, said Dougal.

00:54I'm pretty, but I don't go around chasing mice and spending half me time up trees, do I?

01:02But you can't climb trees, Dougal.

01:04How do you know, said Dougal?

01:07Well, I just know, said Florence.

01:10Well, you're wrong, smarty boots, said Dougal.

01:16Do I hear the sounds of an argument, said Ermintrude.

01:20I just happened to be passing, and I heard words.

01:25I hope no one's being catty.

01:27Funny you should say that, said Dougal.

01:32Very funny, said Florence.

01:34Brian arrived.

01:35Hello, dear thing.

01:37What do you think of cats, said Dougal?

01:40Oh, I think they're jolly little creatures, said Ermintrude.

01:44And they drink milk, so they must have a lot of common sense.

01:49I like cats, said Brian.

01:53You like anything, said Dougal.

01:56What's all this interesting cats suddenly, said Ermintrude.

02:01They climb trees.

02:02Well, who doesn't, said Ermintrude.

02:05Yes, who, said Brian.

02:08I don't know, said Florence.

02:12So they all went to see how good everyone was at climbing trees.

02:17What I like about this place, said Ermintrude, is that there's never a dull moment.

02:24Well I'm not too sure about this tree-climbing business, said Florence.

02:29Why dear, said Ermintrude, if it keeps them out of trouble.

02:34What trouble, said Florence?

02:37I don't know, dear heart.

02:39Something my old brother used to say.

02:43Dougal was trying out his cat-like qualities.

02:47Nothing to it, he said.

02:49I don't know what all the fuss is about.

02:52Well, you're the only one making any fuss, said Ermintrude, up a little tree.

02:59As you so rightly said, there's nothing to it, is there?

03:04Come with me, said Dougal, grimly.

03:09What's going on, said Brian.

03:11They're pretending to be cats, said Florence.

03:15Cats, ma'am, said Dylan.

03:18Did I hear like, er, cats?

03:21Cats, said Florence.

03:24I don't know, ma'am, said Dylan.

03:27Whenever I hear the word cats, I feel like, er, sleepy.

03:32Come on, sighed Florence.

03:35Dougal and Ermintrude were having a tree-climbing contest.

03:39I think I win by a short leaf, dear heart, said Ermintrude.

03:44What a lovely view.

03:46I think I can see the sea.

03:48I don't know, birds must have a lot of fun.

03:51Are you all right there?

03:52Do I detect a wobble?

03:54No, you do not detect a wobble.

03:57I am perfectly stable.

03:59I just feel a bit sick, that's all.

04:02How are you going to get down, said Florence?

04:05We'll wait for autumn, they said.

04:09Oh, yeah, I can.

04:13Yeah, yeah.

04:15I can see, we'll be back in physiotherapy.
