00:00Dharasapya Shriyo, Anya Sahu Mahanubhav and my brothers and sisters from Dahod.
00:13How are you all?
00:17Let me give you a loud response.
00:21Loudly?
00:23Now there is a crowd from Dahod.
00:29Today is the 26th of May.
00:37In the year 2014, on this very day, for the first time, I took an oath as Prime Minister.
01:02I want the Tiranga.
01:10All of you from Gujarat gave me a lot of blessings.
01:21And later on, millions of people from all over the country gave me the same blessings.
01:35With the power of your blessings, I have been serving the people of the country day and night.
01:49In these years, the country has taken unimaginable decisions.
02:05In these years, the country has broken dozens of old chains.
02:19The country has progressed in every sector.
02:27Today, out of the darkness of despair, the Tiranga is shining in the light of faith.
02:43Friends, today, 140 crore Indians have joined forces to make our country a developed India.
03:01We are ready to sacrifice our lives.
03:05Whatever is needed for the development of the country, we will make it in India.
03:21This is the demand of today's time.
03:27Today, India is advancing rapidly in the world of manufacturing.
03:41Whether it is the manufacture of goods for the country's needs, or the export of goods made in other countries around the world,
03:59all of this is advancing rapidly.
04:05Today, from smartphones to vehicles, toys, the weapons of the army, medicines,
04:21a lot of such goods are being exported to the countries of the world.
04:30Not just that, today, India makes its own rail, metro, and the necessary technology for it,
04:46and also exports it to the world.
04:50And our Dahot is a living proof of this.
04:59A little while ago, there was the destruction and devastation of thousands of crores of rupees.
05:20The most magnificent of all is the electric locomotive factory of Dahot.
05:31Three years ago, I came to demolish it.
05:39And some people have become accustomed to abusing.
05:45They used to say that when the elections came, Modiji announced the demolition of the factory,
05:51and that nothing was going to be built.
05:54Today, after three years, we are all witnessing it.
06:01Now, the first electric locomotive has been built in this factory.
06:12And a little while ago, I showed it the green flag.
06:19This is a matter of pride for Gujarat, for the country.
06:27Today, Gujarat has achieved another achievement.
06:36Gujarat's 100% rail network has been electrified.
06:45For this, I congratulate all my brothers and sisters in Gujarat.
06:56Friends, first of all, I would like to thank all the people here,
07:04who made this possible for me to meet all of you.
07:07I had the opportunity to meet many different people.
07:13Many familiar faces.
07:16Many old stories.
07:20And my Dahot brothers and sisters.
07:23I have come to Rajkarna, but I have not yet left.
07:31It has been about 37 years.
07:34I have had the opportunity to work closely with two or three generations.
07:42And today, I have gone abroad.
07:46At this time, I may have gone abroad after 37 years.
07:52The entire world has changed.
08:00First of all, when it is time for Suryasthana,
08:06I try to go abroad on a cycle.
08:12And if it rains,
08:15and if there is a flood,
08:17and if there is a small flood,
08:19and if there is a road going from here,
08:22I feel such happiness.
08:28And then, on the railways,
08:31I go to the places where my brothers and sisters work,
08:34and eat food and come back.
08:38I did not have so much closeness.
08:41And today,
08:43seeing the glory of the railways,
08:52Friends,
08:54in order to solve each and every problem,
08:59we have been continuously working.
09:04We have taken many steps.
09:07And I am proud to say,
09:11the dreams that I have seen about Dahod,
09:16today,
09:18I am fortunate enough to see them come true.
09:25And I am proud to say,
09:28in India,
09:30I am proud to say,
09:33how the tribal districts are developing.
09:37If anyone wants to see a model of that,
09:40they should come to Dahod.
09:48People feel a little new
09:52when they hear the word smart city in a tribal district.
09:56In the last 10-11 years,
10:02we have seen
10:05how rapidly
10:08the railways have changed.
10:11Railways are the new direction of development.
10:15The railway projects have been speedy work
10:19done by the union government in the railway projects.
10:31No one was able to take the name of high-speed rail
10:34or no one was dreaming about the high-speed rail
10:37before a few years.
10:39But now,
10:44on 70 routes, Vande Bharat trains are running
10:47in different states.
10:49And from today,
10:54from Ahmedabad to Somnath,
10:57Vande Bharat Express was closed off
11:00from Dahod today as well.
11:14For the people of Dahod,
11:17the union is very well connected.
11:20But now, people of Dahod can travel to Somnath,
11:23the first city of India.
11:26That's why Vande Bharat has been closed off from Dahod.
11:38Young people of India are now using the new technology
11:42which gives a new platform to use.
11:47That's why Making India is possible
11:50and India is moving ahead towards
11:53making India a project successfully.
11:56And now we are exporting certain products
11:59which are made in India.
12:11We are making many things in India
12:14and we want to become a big exporter of the world.
12:42Wherever the metro trains are running,
12:45their coaches are made in India.
12:48So that's a big development as far as railway production is concerned.
12:51So Germany, Italy,
12:54in these countries as well,
12:57many small and big things
13:00which are necessary for railway production
13:03are being made in India.
13:21We are exporting parts of the railway industry
13:24which are exported in European countries
13:27as well as in Saudi Arabia.
13:30Made in India locomotives
13:33will be exported in many countries.
13:36The first locomotive engine
13:39was made by Dahod
13:42which was in Abu Dhabi and now
13:45it is being exported in many countries.
13:48The first locomotive engine
13:51was made by Dahod
13:54which was in Abu Dhabi and now
13:57it is being exported in many countries.
14:27Now people of Dahod
14:30tell me that
14:33made in India products are going
14:36to be exported in different countries of the world.
14:39So the world is using made in India products.
14:42So now we have to use
14:45made in India products.
14:48We have to characterize that we can
14:51or we will use the products which are made in India
14:54rather than made in outside India.
15:04Whether it is Holi or Diwali
15:07we are bringing products from outside India
15:10which are used in our festivals
15:13which is not a good sign.
15:16We have to use the products which are made in India
15:19which will give results to the Indian people
15:23and the money will be settled in India only.
15:26So that's why we have to use the products which are made in India
15:29rather than the products
15:32coming from outside India.
15:52In last 10 years
15:55for the first time railway has reached to the
15:58different parts of India
16:01even in Gujarat as well.
16:09In our Dabho area
16:12there were trains running
16:15on a narrow gauge which were very slow
16:18that you can jump from the train very easily.
16:21But now it has changed and we are moving towards
16:24the high speed rail network.
16:33Today the express train has started
16:36between Dahod and Valtad
16:39which will help Dahod
16:42because many people from Dahod
16:45are going to different cities of Gujarat
16:48to work
16:51and that's why the train will help them
16:54for travelling purposes.
17:05This will benefit the tribal community
17:08and the tribal people.
17:19And because of this
17:22we will get employment opportunities
17:25for our youth.
17:32After we have set up the plant
17:35of railway locomotive engine
17:38we have given local employment
17:41people of Dahod got the local jobs here
17:44so this is a big change
17:47for the people of Dahod.
18:18I have seen people are moving out of Dahod
18:21for work as there is no work available
18:24in their home ground
18:27and that's why they have to move outside of Dahod
18:30but now this manufacturing unit will change the
18:33foresight of Dahod as it is providing
18:36the job opportunity in Dahod today.
18:48The power and capacity of India
18:51will be increased by both.
18:56The locomotives made in Dahod
18:59will boost the power sector
19:02of India as well.
19:05These manufacturing units
19:08which are made in Dahod
19:11will take the name of Dahod
19:14to all the areas where it will reach.
19:17So this will be a booster for Dahod.
19:35One locomotive engine will be in two days
19:38so this will change the scenario
19:41of the locomotive industry as well
19:44as we will export these engines
19:47to the different areas of the country.
20:06Different medium and small scale industries
20:09work to the nearby districts as well.
20:28This manufacturing work will
20:31give more jobs to the local people
20:34who are based in the nearby areas
20:37of Dahod which will
20:40more than do the job.
21:04You take any sector where Gujarat
21:07has done remarkable things.
21:26Thousands of crores of investment
21:29in semiconductor plants
21:33and manufacturing
21:36will give new jobs
21:39to the youth of Gujarat.
22:02The development of the district
22:05of Gujarat will be different
22:08and the development of the district of Dahod
22:11will be different as well.
22:32The five cities are the cluster
22:35of small landmines.
22:54These five cities are mostly populated
22:57by the tribal people
23:01and they are getting jobs
23:04in these small and medium scale industries
23:07which is a boosting site
23:10for the special districts like Dahod.
23:13I am very happy that Dahod has started
23:16a long journey of development work
23:19which moves the rural economy
23:22and as well as implement
23:25to their own people.
23:30There is a factory in Saoli
23:33which is producing rail cars.
23:36The foreign investment agency
23:39has given a new site on the world map
23:42where we are producing the rail cars
23:45in Gujarat, Saoli.
24:01There are many industries
24:04and manufacturing units
24:07in these five cities
24:10which are the biggest strength
24:13of the industrial development.
24:30This is going fast
24:33in the development works
24:36and I can see that these are the parts
24:39from cycle to plane
24:42which will be the production
24:45of all the parts
24:48which are used in cycle to plane
24:51will be made in Gujarat.
25:00For the development of a developed India
25:03it is very important
25:06to develop the tribal communities.
25:09When I was the Chief Minister of Gujarat
25:12I got the opportunity to serve
25:15the tribal communities
25:18and I dedicated my life
25:21for the development of the tribal communities.
25:25From the time I started working
25:28for the government of India
25:3111 years went by
25:34and I was able to develop
25:37the tribal communities.
25:40For a long time
25:43I have worked for the development
25:46of the tribal communities
25:49and the tribal areas
25:52to develop India.
25:58I have learned
26:01from some of the tribal businesses
26:04that there was a time
26:10when there was no school
26:13of the 12 signs
26:16from Umargam to Ambaji
26:19there are many colleges
26:22there are ITIs
26:25there are medical colleges
26:28there are tribal universities
26:31are working for the tribals.
26:34There is a big network
26:37of tribal schools
26:40which gives the education
26:43to the tribal students
26:47This is the first time
26:50in the history of India
26:53that the tribal communities
26:56are being developed
26:59and the government
27:02has done a phenomenal job
27:05in developing the tribal communities.
27:17We have started
27:20the Aabha Janki Sabha
27:23for developing the rural areas
27:26which will boost the rural economy
27:29of such tribal areas
27:32which will give the jobs
27:35to the local residents.
27:47Whether it is water, electricity
27:50or electricity or the health
27:53even the projects
27:56are going on
27:59the development
28:02of the tribal areas
28:05will help the tribal communities.
28:08The project is taking care
28:11of everyone
28:15whether it is the tribal area
28:18or the community
28:21which are backbone
28:24in terms of the
28:27government is taking care
28:30of all those communities
28:33which are backbone
28:36in developing the world.
28:39We are work closely
28:42with the district.
28:53Sikhal Cell NIMA
28:56is the greatest challenge
28:59for the tribal community of Gujarat
29:02and we have worked
29:05when I was the Chief Minister of Gujarat
29:08currently as well
29:11we are working
29:14with the tribal community people
29:17so we can treat them
29:20if they have Sikhal Cell NIMA.
29:35There are more than
29:38100 tribal communities
29:41in Gujarat
29:44and there is no development work
29:47and that is why
29:50the people of the district
29:53will not be taken care of
29:56by the government regularly
29:59but we are treating
30:02all the people equally
30:06In the world of the aspirational district
30:09there is a lot of difference.
30:12There is a lot of
30:15development work
30:18and there is a lot of
30:21development work
30:24and there is a lot of
30:27development work
30:30and there is a lot of
30:33development work
30:36and there is a lot of
30:39development work
30:42and there is a lot
30:45of development work
30:48There was a problem
30:51in the district
30:54and in the nearby areas
30:57but now Narmada pipe lines
31:00and as the water for irrigation had reached to Nirmala,
31:04the mothers and sisters had come to Nirmala.
31:09All these sisters had come to Nirmala to welcome our army.
31:18They made me the reason for this holy time.
31:25I salute our motherly strength for this.
31:30Here in Dahod, you all, mothers and sisters,
31:38have taken the Tiranga flag in your hands
31:41and given a lot of blessings for Operation Vermilion.
31:50This land of Dahod is a land of penance and sacrifice.
31:56It is said that here, on the banks of the river Dudhimati,
32:04Maharishi Dadhichi had given up his body for the protection of the universe.
32:10This is the land that helped during the crisis of the revolutionary Tatya Tope.
32:18Mangardham is not far from here.
32:23Mangardham is a symbol of the sacrifice of Govind Guru's hundreds of tribal soldiers.
32:31This land is a symbol of our penance and sacrifice for the protection of Mother India.
32:42When we are the culture of the Indians,
32:45then think about it.
32:47In the first village of Jammu and Kashmir,
32:51whatever the terrorists did,
32:56can India remain silent?
33:01Can Modi remain silent?
33:06When someone will wipe out the vermilion of our sisters,
33:14then that too will be wiped out.
33:23And that is why Operation Vermilion is not just a military operation.
33:34These are the values of us Indians.
33:38It is an expression of our feelings.
33:42The terrorists must not even have imagined
33:49how difficult it is to compete with Modi.
33:54Jai Hind! Jai Hind! Jai Hind!
34:24Even today, when we look at those pictures,
34:27our blood boils.
34:30The terrorists had challenged 140 crore Indians.
34:37And that is why Modi did the same thing
34:41for which the people of the country,
34:47the people of the country,
34:49were responsible for.
34:55Modi released all three of his armies.
35:02And our leader did something
35:08that the world had not seen in the last few decades.
35:16We found nine of the biggest terrorist locations
35:26across the border.
35:29We identified them.
35:33And on the 22nd,
35:37the game they played,
35:40on the 6th, at night, in 22 minutes,
35:44we buried them in the ground.
35:50When the Pakistani army showed the second hand
35:56in this operation against India,
36:01then our armies crushed the Pakistani army as well.
36:11I have been told that here as well,
36:15a large number of soldiers from our army have come.
36:20They are present in our operation.
36:23I salute them as well.
36:26Once again, I salute the bravery of the Indian army.
36:37Friends, after partition,
36:43the country that was born,
36:47its only goal is to be hostile to India,
36:54to hate India,
36:57to harm India.
37:02But India's goal is to get rid of poverty.
37:08To strengthen its economy.
37:12To make itself developed.
37:15A developed India will only be created
37:19when India's armies are strong
37:23and our economy is strong.
37:27We are working in this direction.
37:31Friends, Dahod has a lot of capability.
37:35Today's operation is just a glimpse of it.
37:39I have complete faith in all of you.
37:45I have complete faith in the citizens of the country.
37:49You should make full use of these new facilities.
37:53And make Dahod one of the most developed districts of the country.
38:00With this faith,
38:03once again,
38:05I congratulate all of you.
38:09In honour of Operation Sindoor,
38:13stand up and wave the flag.
38:16All of you stand up and wave the flag.
38:19And say with me, India's mother.
38:23India's mother.
38:26India's mother.
38:36Let us show the world that the people of Dahod, the people of Gujarat,
38:41are with our army,
38:43with our respected Prime Minister.
38:45India's mother.
38:48India's mother.
38:50India's mother.
38:53Vande Mataram.
39:23This is what he was elected to do.
39:25Saying that you chose me for this very reason.
39:27You gave me a mandate for this very reason.
39:29And so I ensured that we cracked down.
39:33Prime Minister Modi reiterating his promise.
39:37And saying very clearly that those terrorists,
39:40behind the Pehalgam terror attack,
39:42have met with a similar fate.
39:45He's also referred to Operation Sindoor as an emotion.
