Leeds City Council share a new 4D animation video which explains how the works to install the Otley temporary footbridge and the installation of the old footway will take place.
This animation is an indicative representation of the works and site setup, some parts in reality maybe different. Vehicular access to Adlington House will be maintained throughout the project.
