00:00Good morning and welcome. We are going directly to Vadodara in Gujarat.
00:04Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit is scheduled.
00:06It's a road show about to begin. Piyush Mishra is on the ground.
00:09Piyush, good morning. Over to you now.
00:11What does it look like in Gujarat where he's set to inaugurate projects worth 82,000 crore rupees.
00:17It's his home state after all.
00:19Repeated Member of Parliament, former Chief Minister is in the home base, home state now.
00:31Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Gujarat, his home state.
00:35He's on a two-day visit and he has come here after the successful Operation Sindoor.
00:41That's why thousands of women from across Vadodara have gathered here to welcome the Prime Minister.
00:47Remember that a couple of days, a couple of minutes back,
00:49the Prime Minister carried out a grand road show at this very intersection right now.
00:54I am reporting and wherever you will see, you will only find women holding chakras in their hands to welcome Narendra Modi.
01:02They all were excited to see Narendra Modi as he landed in Gujarat for the first time after the success of Operation Sindoor.
01:12During his visit to Gujarat, the Prime Minister is now going to dedicate projects worth more than 82,000 crore to the people of Gujarat.
01:22So Operation Sindoor, the message is clear and people were here, people were here to congratulate the Prime Minister.
01:31He has just completed his road show in Vadodara and from here he is now moving towards Daho.
01:38Then you can see, wherever my camera will pan, you will only see people on the streets to welcome the Prime Minister.
01:47There are patriotic songs being played on the streets of Vadodara.
01:50Everyone is holding tri-colour and they are here to congratulate the Prime Minister for the success of Operation Sindoor.
01:58So it's a huge, grand welcome for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
02:02And from here, the Prime Minister is now directly heading to Daho, then he will go to Bhojan, then Ahmedabad.
02:08And there are multiple projects, developmental projects worth rupees more than 82,000 crores are all set to be dedicated to the people of Gujarat.
02:17And that's why the Prime Minister is here and he is here for the first time after the success of Operation Sindoor.
02:23And I would ask my videographer to continue to show you the visuals of this very place where PM Narendra Modi had come a couple of days back.
02:33Let me also try to get enough word from few people who have come here.
02:36Where have you come from?
02:38We have come from Baroda.
02:40The Prime Minister has just left from here. How do you feel?
02:43I feel very good. I feel very good.
02:46I like Modi very much. I am very thankful to Uncle Modi.
02:50There is no other Prime Minister like him.
02:53And there will never be anyone like him.
02:56There are many women here holding tri-colour flags. What message do you have for them?
03:00Operation Sindoor has been set up for women.
03:04This is a very big opportunity for women.
03:07That's why we would like to thank Mr. Modi.
03:11Jai Hind! Jai Bihar!
03:13What would you like to say? Where are you from?
03:16I am from here but I live in the US.
03:18But this is the first time I have seen Mr. Modi so closely.
03:21We are very happy to see Mr. Modi.
03:24We were standing here for an hour and a half to see him.
03:28He is a very big fan of Mr. Modi.
03:31I have seen a tri-colour flag and a hat of Operation Sindoor in your hands.
03:35Women are wearing it here.
03:37What kind of feeling do you have at the moment?
03:39Sindoor is a boy. Jai Mata Ji! Jai Mata Ji!
03:42Jai Mata Ji! Jai Mata Ji!
03:45There will never be anyone like him.
03:47There will never be anyone like him.
03:50Modi is everything.
03:52Modi is everything.
03:54Modi is everything.
03:56Jai Mata Ji! Jai Mata Ji!
03:59What are you wearing, Operation Sindoor?
04:02Modi has given us everything.
04:05Modi has given us everything.
04:08We have been blessed by him.
04:11Jai Mata Ji! Jai Mata Ji!
04:13Alright, so clearly loud cheers in support of Prime Minister Modi.
04:17He is, after all, the son of the soil in many ways.
04:20Gujarat ka beta, who is now the Prime Minister of the country.
04:23I also want you to listen in to Harsh Sanghvi.
04:26He is the Home Minister of the state of Gujarat and here is what he told India today.
04:32After the great success of Operation Sindoor,
04:35the Prime Minister of the country, Respected Shri Narendrabhai Modi Ji,
04:39when he came to Gujarat for the first time,
04:43in Vadodara, in thousands of sisters,
04:47in his hands, he is ready to welcome Modi Ji with the aarti of worship.
04:53In the streets of Vadodara, today, only one slogan is echoing.
04:57To the army of the country,
05:00Abhinandan! Abhinandan!
05:02Abhinandan to Modi Ji!
05:04What are the feelings of the people in Gujarat?
05:06It is a simple thing, you can see.
05:09In the number of thousands of sisters,
05:12all around, in happiness,
05:15especially the way the Indian Army has
05:19destroyed the terrorist bases and the terrorist bases,
05:27from Kashmir to Kanyakumari,
05:32everywhere, people are very happy.
05:36And especially, our popular leader,
05:39after the great success of Operation Sindoor,
05:42when he came for the first time, you can see,
05:44what kind of emotions people have.
05:46What would the Prime Minister like to say when he comes here today?
05:48I bow to the army of the country,
05:54I welcome Modi Ji.
05:58So clearly, remember, while of course,
05:59Prime Minister Modi has arrived,
06:01as you can see in the latest visuals,
06:03and this is not, of course, the first visit
06:05there have been multiple visits of the past few years.
06:08In Vadodara this time, it's special,
06:11because this is his visit to his home state
06:13after Operation Sindoor.
06:15And this, remember, is in many ways being seen
06:19as a sort of victory rally as much,
06:21by the supporters, by the workers,
06:24decked up in an orange saffron jacket,
06:28Prime Minister Modi also,
06:30referring possibly to a symbolic message there.
06:33And where he has been at least, remember,
06:35three-time Chief Minister,
06:37and now as a Prime Minister after Operation Sindoor's success,
06:40that's Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Vadodara.
06:47The reason he's there is basically
06:49for the development of Gujarat.
06:51We are told the focus will be on Dahod
06:53and Bhuj area specifically.
06:55It's a two-day visit.
06:56He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone.
06:59Major infrastructure projects are being
07:02announced in Dahod, Bhuj and Gandhinagar.
07:05So this is the first leg of the visit, as you see.
07:08Full-on Hindi film songs,
07:10patriotic Indian songs being played
07:13as Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives.
07:15Look at that.
07:16A flower shower from his supporters.
07:19Let's dip into the sounds and cheers.

13:39Look at that, the number of people and remember in Gujarat, it's not of course in many ways
13:47all organized or collected.
13:49Look at that, it's after all his home state, he's led the state at least thrice and then
13:54has been a Prime Minister now again in the third tenure.
13:58For kilometers now, I can see there's been a flower petal shower for Prime Minister Modi,
14:05women clearly at the forefront.
14:08So these are songs and he's ensuring that he's not just simply sitting in the car, he's
14:13waving to the people, to the supporters who must have been there since early this morning
14:19and this urban growth is of course very important for Prime Minister Modi, not just because
14:24of the home state but because it's a border state.
14:27And as Piyush Mishra joins me, Piyush I was asking you of course the focus is an urban
14:32growth story and we will talk about that too but I see the sentiment on the ground is a
14:36lot about Operation Sindoor.
15:07There is a sentiment of excitement among the people.
15:09You can see Swag continues to perform here even as Prime Minister has left for more than
15:14half an hour but still they are dancing and celebrating the Prime Minister's arrival in
15:21Gujarat and it's a very important visit of PM Modi as he is on a two-day visit to Gujarat
15:27after Vadodara.
15:28Prime Minister will be travelling to Daho, to Bhoj, to Ahmedabad, different parts of
15:34Gujarat where he is going to dedicate developmental projects worth more than 80,000 crores to
15:40the people of Gujarat.
15:41So as we are speaking, the celebrations have now pumped in, not only in Vadodara but in
15:46different parts of Gujarat as Prime Minister is here in Gujarat for the first time after
15:52the successful Operation Sindoor.
15:55And remember that not only in Gujarat, but across the country we have seen a similar
16:00sort of celebrations taking place wherever PM Modi has gone, be it about Bikaner or in
16:06Delhi also we saw the celebrations taking place across the country, we have seen people
16:10holding crackers in their hands and are congratulating PM Modi for the success of Operation Sindoor.
16:17And as we are speaking, PM Modi has just left from Vadodara, he is now going towards Daho
16:23and after that he will go to Ahmedabad, Bhoj, where he is going to dedicate multiple projects
16:29to the people of Gujarat.
16:31So here you can see as to how the performance continues to take place and as Bhoj is continuing
16:39to join in here, few leaders from BJP have also come here to take part in the celebrations
16:44which are now taking place where you can see as to how there is a joyous Bhoj, there is
16:49a sense of excitement on the faces of people of Vadodara as Prime Minister just left from
16:55this place, he is now heading towards Daho and then after that he will go to Bhoj, Ahmedabad
17:01and different parts of Gujarat.
17:02So it is a very very important visit of PM Narendra Modi here in Gujarat, his first visit
17:11after the success of Operation Sindoor and you can see everywhere, CEO of people who
17:16have gathered, they are holding crackers in their hands, they all were here to send one
17:21message to PM Narendra Modi that they are very much happy, they are very proud of our
17:27Prime Minister, they are proud of our armed forces for successfully carrying out the Operation
17:33Sindoor and that's why you are also seeing multiple posters also those have been put
17:37up here across the streets of Vadodara thanking PM Narendra Modi and congratulating him for
17:43the Operation Sindoor which was conducted by our armed forces and through this a befitting
17:49response has been given to Pakistan.
17:51Piyush get in a few voices, you are on the ground if you can get in a few voices of the
17:56women I see therefore the orange or the red sarees they are wearing is not just a coincidence,
18:02it's a reflection of Operation Sindoor which is such an important factor for many many
18:07Hindu married women and because how men were targeted in Pehalga massacre and women were
18:12mocked and left and spared so to say to go tell Modi, there's a reason you see women
18:18coming together on that go ahead Piyush in case you can find a few people around you
18:21now a few voices from the ground.
18:29Well absolutely the message is loud and clear that yes if you take one step against India
18:35we are going to take 10 steps against you that's the message which Prime Minister has
18:39sent out to the you know to the world community and also to the people of you know of people
18:46across the globe and here we have women who are here to thank you.
19:46Fire 25 000 or 30 000
20:16foreign
20:46foreign
20:50that's as you can hear the voices coming in from the women here who have come here
20:55are wearing red sari ma'am
21:16foreign
21:21foreign
21:45sorry
21:51foreign
22:16foreign
22:21foreign
22:43foreign
22:51foreign
23:04foreign
23:21foreign
23:31and you can see as to how they are wearing a red sari they have got put a
23:36red tilak they've also you know have applied red bindi and that's the message which they are
23:41trying to send in which they are thanking our armed forces for successfully carrying out
23:48Operation Sindoor as PM has now left from Vadodara he is now heading to
23:53Pah the host from there he will go to Bhoj to Ahmedabad and there are multiple events in which
23:58Prime Minister is going to take part in everywhere wherever he is going today he will be welcomed up
24:03he will be congratulated and he will also be thanked for carrying out he and for the
24:09Operation Sindoor which was carried out by our armed forces Pooja.
24:12On eventually remember it's the people on the ground who decide who they want to be led by
24:17and they've decided for them it's Prime Minister Modi what he has done especially in the backdrop
24:22of Operation Sindoor. You're looking at as you can see streets are filled packed this is Vadodara
24:27in Gujarat. Prime Minister Modi will be heading to different areas Dahod, Bhoj and then Gandhinagar
24:33as well. So like I said it's a Vikas push for the home state locomotive manufacturing plant.
24:40He will also then inaugurate the gauge converted Katusan Kaloi rail section
24:45a freight train also on an upgraded route and then in Gandhinagar we are told the Gujarat urban
24:50growth story will be marked. This event marks two decades since the launch of the urban development
24:55year 2005. He was then the Chief Minister Narendra Modi so today as a Prime Minister Narendra Modi
25:01he intends to take that story ahead and therefore a new roadmap for the urban progress.
25:07Remember it's a border state a state again where Pakistan tried to hit our bases our people
25:14like other border states and therefore it's imperative that our border states find not
25:19just development but welfare of the people who are constantly forced to face from the
25:25neighbor nation. All right it appears that it's not just about the Indian population but
25:31different ethnicities possible national nationalities as well have been there present
25:36in the audience as I can see with posters and banners cheering for Prime Minister Modi
25:41and PM himself ensuring in this road show that he's up and about waving to each one of them.
25:50I can't help but notice there are more women
25:54specifically right there at the forefront of course a heavy security cordon as you can see
25:59around Prime Minister Modi but a return to Gujarat remember is unlike any other visit to
26:07any other state a state he knows best people he understands best and therefore returning now
26:14as a Prime Minister Modi these people remember these families have voted for him repeatedly
26:20whether as a Chief Minister whether as a Prime Minister so there's definitely a connect
26:24that Prime Minister Modi has with Gujarat look at that legendary figures freedom fighters
26:31all of them as as being represented there on the state so full-on cultural bonanza that has
26:40been prepped up for Prime Minister Narendra Modi look at that both sides appear to be packed
26:48by the supporters by the people of Gujarat and this is only Vadodara so it's very likely that
26:55you could see a similar situation in other states as well most of these people remember
27:01have gathered just to catch a glimpse of their leader amid a heavy security cordon but all smiles
27:14and of course cheer amid the Hindi music for Prime Minister Narendra Modi
27:19Piyush Mishra continues to be with us Piyush so what is the plan like for Vadodara because
27:24I hear there are at least two to three different cities he would be heading to a package of
27:30approximately 80,000 crore rupees for the state of Gujarat a lot of it is about rate
27:36roll infrastructure projects all right look at that people are on the rooftop the ones who
27:41the ones who possibly could not get a position right there in front in the audience
27:48full-on namaste and cheers remember you cannot make this up to have this kind of support that
27:56Prime Minister Modi has specially from Gujarat amid other states as well we have seen similar
28:01visuals in other states but to be able to have these people right on the rooftop with namaskars
28:07and cheers and waving and blessing him this is a connect that Prime Minister Modi has formed
28:13over decades not just years and not coming from an influential political dynastic family but to
28:19be able to do that as a karyakarta as a worker rise to the ladder of politics and now as an
28:25international figure it's a moment of of course pride for the state of Gujarat
28:31incredible support being seen on the ground
28:36and almost all women let's listen in let's listen and go on the ground to listen to these voices
29:00foreign
29:30Vande Mataram! Vande Mataram!
29:34Bharat Mata ki Jai!
29:55You can see on the board,
29:57Nani, Shat Shat, Vandan, Naman and support to Prime Minister Modi as well for Operation Sindhu.
30:03So of course, on one side is the government push for Vikas and infrastructure development,
30:09but on the other side, it is as much about Operation Sindhu.
30:18Alright, all of these legendary figures, and I want to go across to Piyush Mishra.
30:24Piyush, so what is the next step? Where is he headed to now?
30:27Because it's quite incredible what I see, that there are primarily women at the forefront.
30:32I saw people on the rooftops as well. Piyush?
30:40Well, that's right, Pooja. After this roadshow which Abhimanyu Modi has just conducted in Vadodara,
30:46he is now heading to Dahod, where he is going to take part in a multi-developmental,
30:52in a part where he is going to dedicate multi-developmental projects to the people of Gujarat.
30:58And after Dahod, he will go to Bhuj also, where there is again a roadshow event which has been planned by women.
31:05And more than 40,000 women in Bhuj also, they are going to welcome JNM Modi.
31:10And after Bhuj, Prime Minister will now, will then head to Ahmedabad, where again,
31:16we are at the Ahmedabad airport, similar sort of welcome, grand roadshow has now been planned.
31:21So there are a series of programs which have been planned for the welcome of PM Narendra Modi,
31:26as he is here on a two-day visit. But the message which the people of Gujarat want to send out is that
31:34they are very proud of the government, they are very proud of PM Narendra Modi for the success of Operation Sindhu.
31:40And that is why, you know, at every corner, wherever Prime Minister is going up,
31:44they are congregating and thanking him and welcoming him.
31:48You see, what is it looking like around you? People must have gathered, if PM has left even then,
31:53if they are still there. If you can show us around, the kind of mood. Go ahead.
31:58Well, slowly and gradually, we are now seeing people vacating the streets as PM has now gone to Dahod.
32:08So a couple of minutes back, we saw a large number of gathering here.
32:12But now, gradually, we are now seeing people going back to their respective residencies,
32:17as PM has now headed to Dahod. And after that, he will go to different parts of Gujarat.
32:24So as of now, we are now seeing that, you know, people who were here to welcome PM Narendra Modi
32:31have now gone back to their respective residences. But yes, when Prime Minister was here,
32:36he was welcomed, he was loved, he was, you know, thanked for the success of Operation Sindhu.
32:43But now, as he is heading to Dahod...
32:45You have reported on so many of Prime Minister Modi's visits.
32:49When you compare each of these visits, and we've seen supporters everywhere,
32:53but do you believe, like, I could sense that for Gujarat, there's something else.
32:58It's a different mood, sentiment. It's Prime Minister Modi, like, returning home.
33:06Well, there's always a different mood when Prime Minister is in Gujarat,
33:10in comparison to other states when you go. Why? Because Prime Minister is the son of soil.
33:16And that's why we have seen how, not only people of Gujarat,
33:19but also people come from different parts of different states to welcome him,
33:25to just catch one glimpse of Prime Minister.
33:28We were speaking to various, you know, residents of Vadodara.
33:32Many of them have come from various countries. In fact, two women we spoke to,
33:37they had come from USA just to catch one glimpse of PM Narendra Modi.
33:42So that's the kind of love which he enjoys here in Gujarat, because he's son of the soil.
33:47You know, he has been keeping a special focus on the development of Gujarat.
33:52And remember that the Gujarat model was one of the biggest model which BJP also portrayed
33:57when PM Narendra Modi was appointed as the Prime Minister in the face of the BJP.
34:02So Gujarat has a special, you know, corner, has a special space in the heart of PM Narendra Modi.
34:08And whenever he comes here, we see similar sort of welcome, similar sort of, you know, love for PM Narendra Modi.
34:15Piyush, stay on with me. These are the visuals coming in from Vadodara.
34:19He then heads to Bhuj as well. So remember that again, all of these are significant.
34:25You must have heard of Bhuj in 2001 earthquake.
34:28Many lives were lost in how Bhuj as a city was rebuilt.
34:32And it was when Prime Minister Modi was then the Chief Minister.
34:36It was all a reflection of the kind of community building to come together.
34:40State, people and different groups to be able to rebuild a city that was so badly devastated
34:46in which I think over 3000 people at least had lost their life.
34:50It was a massive earthquake, but Bhuj managed to be rebuilt.
34:54And that was reflective of Gujarat's resilience.
34:57And now Prime Minister Modi, not wasting any opportunity, waving constantly,
35:03the left and the right, which are streets backed by his supporters.
35:07You see people on the rooftop as well.
35:09This is a push for a border state, infrastructure push.
35:1280,000 crore rupees, rail, road, infra projects.
35:15A Vikas push for a border state, but as much for his home state.
35:19An area where he may not be representing it now in terms of the Lok Sabha,
35:24but he clearly realizes the welfare of the people that is as much of significance.
35:29You can see that in this visit, for the government, it may be as much about the infrastructure push.
35:34But for people and especially for women, it is as much about Operation Sindoor.
35:39There's a reason you see them dressed in the red saris,
35:42full on cultural extravaganza that has been organized.
35:46And as you see the freedom fighters being represented in costumes.
35:54There's a thank you message to the Indian Armed Forces.
35:57Special posters have been put up for the Indian Armed Forces as well in the backdrop of Operation Sindoor.
36:02And this kind of fervor, remember, is often very important.
36:06At a juncture like this, when there was this anger, distress,
36:11we have visuals on the ground of people realizing that India can and will hit back
36:18if our innocent civilians are hit.
36:27And also remember that it's not just about a secondary view.
36:30There were victims from Gujarat as well, from the Pahalgam terror carnage.
36:36And they also had said, annihilate Pakistan, wipe out terrorism.
36:41At least two individuals, I remember there was one Yatish Parmar, about 46 years of age,
36:47his 17-year-old son from Bhavnagar were among the 26 tourists killed.
36:52I reiterate, a father and son.
36:54A teenager boy and his father were killed in front of the family members,
37:00in front of the women specifically, among the 26 killed point-blank range
37:06because they were Hindus in Pahalgam.
37:08And at that juncture, Yatish Parmar's widow had said,
37:11we salute the armed forces and urge the government to be unsparing against Pakistan
37:16and to wipe out terrorism.
37:18She had also responded later when the airstrikes were carried out.
37:21So remember, this Pahalgam massacre was personal to not just families,
37:26but to states, to all of India.
37:29So listen in now to what Prime Minister Modi had said after Operation Sindoor
37:34that his promise had been fulfilled.
37:36And now we are talking about families destroyed forever
37:40only because they went on a vacation to Kashmir
37:42and men and boys of their family were shot dead point-blank range.
37:48Mahabharatika sevak, Modi, yaha seena taankar khada hai.
38:05Modi ka dimaag thanda hai, thanda rehta hai.
38:11Lekin Modi ka lahu garam hota hai.
38:18Aur ab to Modi ki naso mein lahu nahi, garam sindoor bah raha hai.
38:38Pehle ghar mein guskar kiya tha war.
38:42Pehle ghar mein guskar kiya tha war.
38:48Ab seeda seene par kiya prahar hai.
38:55Aatang ka phan kuchalne ki, yahi neeti hai, yahi riti hai, yahi bharat hai, naya bharat hai.
39:19Main deshvachiyon se kehta hu, jo sindoor mitane nikle the unhe mitti mein milaya hai.
39:42Jo Hindustan ka lahu bahate the, aaj katre katre ka hisaab chukaya hai.
39:58Jo sochte the, jo sochte the, bharat chup rahega, aaj wo gharon mein doob doob ke pade hai.
40:15Think of the woman from Gujarat or any other state who was in Kashmir valley and who saw her husband and son in a pool of blood killed only because they were Hindus.
40:29That's what at least one family from Gujarat for example faced and I'm talking about 26 families here.
40:36At this juncture many of them had demanded stringent action against Pakistan, against Pakistan sponsored terrorism.
40:42And with the kind of operation Sindoor we saw precise attacks to target terror camps, then military and not even harming civilians of Pakistan.
40:52Incredible work by Indian Armed Forces.
40:54That's why you see the posters thanking them and acknowledging the political will of Prime Minister Modi.
41:01But it's as much about of course support now that he's back into his home state.
41:04I want to bring in Piyush Mishra on that.
41:07Piyush you try and explain this to me about why do you believe that while it's a Vikas push that Prime Minister Modi has done earlier as well for the state of Gujarat.
41:16What do you think is so different this time?
41:18Why and how is operation Sindoor the highlight?
41:25Well that's the biggest highlight Pooja because after the success of operation Sindoor we are now seeing PM Narendra Modi coming to his home state Gujarat for the very first time.
41:34And the moment he landed there at Vadodara airport he was welcomed by the women.
41:40More than 30,000 women of Vadodara had come on the streets of Vadodara to welcome their beloved leader.
41:48They were there to congratulate him for the success of operation Sindoor.
41:51Because one message which the women want to give that Prime Minister has been able to successfully save and also give befitting reply to Pakistan.
42:00He has been able to successfully save the Sindoor of women across the country.
42:05And he under his leadership the armed forces have successfully carried out the operation Sindoor.
42:10So that's why this is a very important and a crucial visit of PM Narendra Modi as he is son of the soil.
42:17And the sisters of Narendra Modi are here to thank their brother for ensuring that the lives, the justice is given to the victims of Pahalgam terror attack.
42:30Remember that after Vadodara PM will head to Dahod and then from there to Bhuj and then after Bhuj he will go to Ahmedabad.
42:38And wherever he will go he will only be received with a grand welcome.
42:42He will be accorded a grand welcome by the people of Gujarat.
42:47PM is not only here for celebrating the success of operation Sindoor but also to dedicate the projects worth more than 80,000 crore to the people of Gujarat.
42:58Pooja.
43:00You stay on with me because this in many ways is one of those big victory rallies that we see.
43:06And it's the Nari Shakti Swagat for PM Modi.
43:09Hundreds of women I could see who had lined up there at the road show that is being organized in Vadodara.
43:18And you can see the kind of religious diversity in the state of Gujarat.
43:23You can see the kind of emotion and mood.
43:25Women on rooftops.
43:27Women in the roach in the audience as well.
43:31Young girls waving, showering petals.
43:37Different communities, different groups.
43:40But there is a reason that PM Modi was elected repeatedly.
43:44Not just as a chief minister but as a prime minister as well.
43:50And a lot of chunk of that support coming in from Gujarat.
43:52Listen in now directly to the women.
43:55These women are in this audience.
43:58Why are they there?
44:00Why do they believe operation Sindoor was a success?
44:22I felt good in this costume.
44:25With the arrival of PM Modi, we are the protection of women.
44:28Whatever we do, we do it on our own.
44:32And we get courage from PM Modi.
44:35We get strength from women.
44:37Earlier we didn't have that, now we have a lot of strength.
44:40One Nari, one for all.
44:42After PM Modi gave the answer, this was the first invitation in Vadodara.
44:46That the one who protects Sindoor, no one has been born yet.
44:52Only Baa, in Gujarati we say Baa.
44:55The son of Heera Baa, the son of Heera Baa.
44:59Only for Gujarat, Narendra Modi.
45:02Alright, so these women, many of them were seen dressed in red sarees.
45:07Symbolic for the Sindoor.
45:09And therefore also reflecting on the success and appreciation for PM Modi.
45:14Look at that.
45:16Full on flower shower for PM Modi.
45:21Remember, many of them standing there since early this morning to catch a glimpse of PM Modi.
45:27Of course, a heavy security cordon at the road show.
45:30And then he heads, like I said, to Dahod, Bhuj and then to Gandhinagar.
45:35It's a two day visit. Gandhinagar is tomorrow.
45:37Today's focus will be Dahod and Bhuj, where a locomotive manufacturing plant is established and will be inaugurated.
45:44Locomotives will be inaugurated as well, we are told.
45:48A first electric locomotive manufactured at the plant.
45:52But of course, till that happens, you can't miss the kind of support.
45:57It's incredible for what we see in Gujarat right now.
46:01Not just perhaps 100-200 meters, this is kilometers of support.
46:04And in this temperature, remember, in Vadodara.
46:07Let's listen in to this report in voices.
46:10Piyush Mishra got us from the ground.
46:12The women of Vadodara are seen performing Garba as PM Modi has landed here.
46:21And he has just conducted a road show.
46:24And you can see the security view around me where the women are holding caps on their forehead of Operation Sindoor.
46:33Are performing Garba here.
46:36And the message is clear of Operation Sindoor.
46:38And they are here to thank PM Narendra Modi and congratulate him for the success of Operation Sindoor.
46:46You can see how the happy faces, the excited faces are here of the women who are now dancing on the patriotic songs.
46:53These are the visuals which tell you the story of the love which PM Narendra Modi enjoys.
46:59And that's the stage of Vadodara which has now been set up right in front of the airport here in Vadodara.
47:08And here the female workers of BJP and the people of Vadodara have come here.
47:14And they are now sending a message to the entire world.
47:18Listen carefully, people of the world.
47:20Put more pressure on us.
47:22We will show more force.
47:24So that's the message which the women of Vadodara are also sending.
47:28And they are very happy that PM Narendra Modi is here.
47:31Alright, amid all of this, Colonel Sophia Qureshi's sister, the family also known to be from Gujarat,
47:38and in fact Vadodara, speaking right now, that's Colonel Qureshi's sister.
48:08Your sister is a part of it.
48:12So that feeling inspires and motivates a lot.
48:16Not just me, but a lot of people like me.
48:19Now she's not just my sister, she's the sister of the entire country.
48:22Thank you, ma'am. Thank you so much.
48:24What would you like to say to the PM and your family?
48:28It was a great moment.
48:30When the Prime Minister came here, we saw him for the first time.
48:33We saluted him.
48:35I couldn't hear the gesture, but my eyes understood that it was a fond moment.
48:39And it's a great pleasure that we got to meet the PM.
48:42Thank you so much.
48:44Family members.
48:46Tell us about your sister.
48:48What would you like to say about her reputation all over the world against terrorism?
48:52First of all, it's our Defence Forces, our Government of India, who gave us this opportunity.
48:57And no doubt, when a woman takes revenge for what happened to women,
49:01there's no better moment than that.
49:03It's a salute to our forces,
49:05that at least today they told the enemies that women here are no less than men.
49:12Thank you, sir.
49:14And as long as there is no female sex trafficking in our country,
49:16because half the population is of women,
49:18and if 50% don't come up, how will the country move forward?
49:21So the work that is being done now, the things that are increasing,
49:24or what our Government is doing, or the honourable Prime Minister is doing it,
49:27it's fantastic. It's a great choice.
49:31So the family members, especially the twin sister there,
49:35that's the visual on your screen.
49:37You can see the brother and in the brown, that's the sister of Colonel Qureshi,
49:42right there at the forefront, at the poster behind them,
49:46that we thank the Armed Forces,
49:51and of course, Prime Minister Modi,
49:55receiving appreciation as well.
49:57So they say that they got a glimpse of Prime Minister Modi,
49:59they were happy to see him, even if it was barely for a few seconds,
50:02and they are very proud of Colonel Qureshi, of course,
50:06her contribution, but as much, of course, to all the Indian Armed Forces,
50:10and it was great to see Prime Minister Modi as well.
50:14So these are big moments, remember,
50:17this is reflection of what you can see is
50:20unity and diversity of this country at a juncture like this,
50:24to ensure that Pakistan will be fought collectively by all Indians.
50:29A beautiful moment of three generation of women of a family
50:34on the rooftop cheering, doing namaste to Prime Minister Modi.
50:39Remember, this is the kind of support that has brought
50:43Narendra Modi back as Chief Minister and then back as Prime Minister as well.
50:47Of course, heavy security cordon, you can see that there are police personnel
50:51deployed on top of the house, on the roofs as well,
50:54but also reflective of the kind of mood on the ground.
50:57We'll continue to get more reactions on what exactly is unfolding.
51:01It's going to be an important visit.
51:04Remember, one of the big visits to Gujarat,
51:07especially after Operation Sindoor, and therefore you see posters,
51:11placards, banners about Operation Sindoor, women dressed in red,
51:15thanking Prime Minister Modi.
51:18Let's listen in to more voices and reactions on the ground
51:21to help understand the sentiment.
51:23The patriotism and patriotism that was emanating from us,
51:27there was no need for anyone to say it, it was a different kind of happiness.
51:30And the biggest thing is to empower women.
51:32I am a female myself, so I can feel that
51:35how much Modi ji has elevated the female.
51:38Piyush Mishra joins me for the latest on that.
51:41Piyush, of course, there was this family who many now know about,
51:44Colonel Sophia Qureshi's family, they are Vadodara born,
51:47and right there at the forefront.
51:49So, I find it interesting that there was this definite diversity when it comes to,
51:54and I see not just in terms of religious or otherwise,
51:58but I see other ethnicities, other people from other countries as well,
52:02who appear to have been in the audience, Piyush.
52:05Piyush, if you can hear me, go ahead,
52:08if there are voices that you are getting to us from on the ground.
52:11But clearly a flower shower there for Prime Minister Modi,
52:15and then before he heads to make infrastructure announcements,
52:17a moment for him also to remember,
52:20what are people expecting from him.
52:23There is a huge responsibility on the shoulders of Prime Minister Modi, remember.
52:26At a time like this, when our civilians, innocent men specifically,
52:31were targeted point blank range, our women were left widowed, fatherless.
52:36Prime Minister Modi, who has taken a very strong view against Pakistan,
52:40what more can he do and continue to do over the years to ensure terrorism is wiped out.
52:44So the support is reflection of the expectation and responsibility
52:49on the government of India's shoulders as well.
52:52It can't just be, of course, about flower showers.
52:55Piyush Mishra is talking to some people, let's go across to that,
52:58but also voices that continue to come.
53:01Look at that, you only can see a sea of tricolors, of flags.
53:04This isn't a BJP event, remember.
53:07This is about reflecting on how people have come together
53:10when it comes to our country, and how we need to stand united
53:14and together.
53:17The roadshow, I'm told, has concluded for now.
53:20That's Colonel Sophia Qureshi's family.
53:23The sister and the brother, I can see.
53:25I can see other family members as well.
53:27Look at that. It appears that's the mother also,
53:30alongside other family members.
53:33That's the mother in green, I believe.
53:35And the sister's views and words are very significant.
53:38Viewer, when she said that at this juncture,
53:43we have this proud feeling, as an Indian,
53:46to have come together at this moment to catch a glimpse.
53:49And of course, while with all humility,
53:52talking about the sister who's been conducting press briefings,
53:55putting out the view of what Indian Armed Forces did,
53:59but these are also significant moments of how every family,
54:03from the Indian Armed Forces or from civilian life,
54:05is feeling so proud.
54:07So proud of what was done.
54:10I'm leaving you with these visuals and a thought
54:13of how governments can bring people together,
54:16stay united and ensure terrorism will be fought collectively, and how.
