00:07explained that Thanos had taken Gamora to Vormir and returned with the Soul Stone,
00:10but without her. This means he had enough information to deduce that the mission to
00:19Vormir required a sacrifice in exchange for the stone. But why didn't he tell the team?
00:23Tony allowed Clint and Natasha to be the ones chosen to go to Vormir because he knew they
00:27shared a strong bond. They were the only ones who genuinely loved each other within the team.
00:31If it had been another pair, they probably wouldn't have been able to complete the mission.
00:34Also, when Nebula brings this up a second time, she doesn't clearly state that Gamora was
00:38sacrificed, she just says that she died on Vormir. The only original Avenger not present
00:42in that scene is precisely Tony Stark. In other words, Tony knew that probably only one of them
00:46would come back alive.
