00:00We saw them fall, terrifying and radiant.
00:15They came for the daughters of Eve.
00:19We were their forbidden fruit.
00:23The sons were doomed to us, monsters of divinity and flesh.
00:30The Nephilim.

01:18Let the kon gibi eyekeeping a say Glück NOW!
01:21At the entrance, they knocked on the gates reinforced with rough metal and mammoth bone.
01:27They cracked open, revealing two guards with spears poised.
01:32What's your business?
01:34My son and I have come to barter, for iron.
01:37I need more tools to tend my farm.
01:40The men scanned them up and down, nodded, and opened the gates.
01:46Methuselah's eyes widened with terror when they entered.
01:49Sitting atop thrones hewn from the skulls of the great lizards were beasts-like men.
01:55They were nearly ten feet tall, with arms like tree trunks and jaws like chiseled onyx.
02:01Their faces were deformed, with brows casting shadows over their serpent-like eyes.
02:08Methuselah could feel their voices in his chest when they spoke.
02:11If it isn't Enoch, the man who walks with the Creator himself,
02:19What brings you to our domain?
02:26We need iron.
02:28Our tools have worn and you have taken all the iron in the region.
02:32What will you give me in exchange?
02:35So formal, why not stay a while with us, Enoch?
02:39Well, you could tell us some of your famous tales about the Elohim.
02:45We have wine and women aplenty.
02:50I can ship a third of my next harvest in exchange for your iron.
02:55The summer has made the ground rough.
02:58Good tools will break the earth much quicker.
03:00What's to stop us from just taking your farm, Enoch?
03:09We've consumed other farms within our borders.
03:14How about we give your little plot of land a look?
03:20That'd be unwise.
03:21Easy there, Enoch.
03:26You forget who you're talking to.
03:32The creature gripped the shaft of his spear with his monstrous paws.
03:37Murder was in his eyes.
03:39Methuselah could tell he was ravenous for any excuse to put Enoch's head on one of those pikes outside.
03:47Yet his father remained, voice unyielding.
03:50He stood with a confidence that somehow towered over even these giants.
03:57Take my land, consume it, and it will be gone.
04:01You and I both know you can't farm like the sons of Seth.
04:06But strike this deal with me, and I'll give you a third of what I grow for the first harvest,
04:11and a sixth for the other three after that.
04:14You sons of Seth think you're so clever.
04:19Not clever enough to secure the iron.
04:24Not strong enough to strike down the great beast to mortify your walls.
04:30Do we have a deal?
04:31Ah, ha, ha, oh, Enoch.
04:37So serious.
04:39So righteous.
04:44You may be favored by the creator.
04:49But tell me,
04:50do you bleed like the other sons of Seth we have cut open?
04:59One stood from his throne, feet shaking the earth with each step as he strode toward Enoch.
05:06His nostrils flared like a bull's.
05:09Methuselah could have sworn he saw smoke smoldering out with each breath.
05:14Enoch remained perfectly still, chin up, and pointed toward the giant.
05:19Methuselah tried not to shake, drawing strength from his father's resolve.
05:24The beast stood only a few feet away, blocking out the light from the fire.
05:30There was a long, unsettling pause.
05:34Methuselah's throat clenched, keeping the breath from exiting his lungs.
05:39His father was still.
05:40The man's hulking frame leaned forward.
05:44He bore his teeth like a wolf and spoke.
05:48You have a deal, Enoch.
05:52But fail to pay.
05:54And I'll take your wife, eat your children, and use your eldest as a toothpick.
06:02I'm a man of my word.
06:06With the creator as my witness, I shall pay my share.
06:10Oh, the creator.
06:14You think hearing his name gives me comfort?
06:20Get out of here before I change my mind.
06:25Enoch wasted no time.
06:28He turned on his heels and left.
06:30Methuselah padded behind him like a puppy.
06:33They left the city.
06:35Its stench lingered on them for a while.
06:38They crossed the brook, separating the city and their land, and scaled the grassy knolls.
06:43They made it to a small summit.
06:46A singular cedar tree swayed to the midnight breeze.
06:50Methuselah could see the stars twinkling through the breaks in the leaves.
06:55What were those, father?
06:57Were they men?
06:59Yes and no.
07:02They are the Nephilim, spawn of the sons of God and daughters of men.
07:07So they're sons of angels?
07:11Yes.
07:12Do you remember the story of the garden?
07:16Methuselah nodded, waiting expectantly for his father to speak.
07:21Our ancestors were enticed by the tree of knowledge.
07:25They wanted to be like God, exchanging his will for them, for pride.
07:31They fell, but still they multiplied and began filling the earth.
07:35When the sons of Adam multiplied here on the world and daughters were born of them, the heavenly beings saw that they were good.
07:45Just as Adam and Eve took the fruit of the tree, the divine beings took the daughters of men.
07:51What came from them were the Nephilim, neither human nor divine, creatures born from lust and pride.
08:00So now they just rule this land like gods?
08:06They are chiefs in this land, but not gods.
08:09They think they're gods.
08:11They think their strength makes them divine.
08:14But there's only one god.
08:16He has made us in his image.
08:18We are his appointed stewards of the world.
08:22The Nephilim know this and hate us all the more for it.
08:25But it's not true.
08:28Who are all the people at the power?
08:30Oh, I believe that.
08:31He's a Videos of the Divine Life.
08:32He's a
08:47leader.
