00:00P.K.R. President Anwar Ibrahim has dismissed allegations of nepotism following his daughter Nurul Iza's election as deputy president,

00:10pointing out that her victory reflects the party's internal democratic process.

00:15Anwar recounted the party's early struggles, highlighting that during his imprisonment in 1998,

00:21his wife Dr. Wan Aziza Wan Ismail took over the party's leadership without any claims of it being nepotism.
