New Delhi, May 22, 2025 (ANI): IMD scientist Akhil Srivastava says, "A low-pressure area has formed in South Konkan near the coast of Goa and East Central Arabian Sea. It can turn into a depression within 36 hours. It can intensify and move northwards. Along with this, if we talk about its future, then it is likely to intensify and cause some more movement in the West Coast. Due to this, a warning of extremely heavy rain has been issued in Konkan Goa for the next three days. A red alert has been issued here and heavy to very heavy rains may occur in the adjoining areas of Central Maharashtra and West Coast."
