A limited aid convoy carrying flour, baby food and medical supplies entered Khan Younis in Gaza on Thursday, the first such delivery since early March after Israel granted approval.
Israel allowed around 100 aid trucks on Wednesday but distribution issues have kept the aid from reaching those in need.
