00:00OK, we've just been showing a clip of what's going on in the Oval Office right now.
00:05Donald Trump is sitting with Cyril Ramaphosa and he's showing him photographs.
00:10It appears to be of white farmers in South Africa.
00:16What more can you tell us about what's happening?
00:20Well, Leanne, this is a crucial meeting for South Africa, a long-awaited meeting.
00:26And as you can see, a lot of tension as it's unfolding.
00:28But Trump, I think, perhaps blindsided Ramaphosa with some live footage, or not live rather, but footage that perhaps he was not expecting from the expression on his face,
00:37showing a very militant politician here in South Africa speaking about taking the land and also showing, you know, images of grave sites of South African white farmers.
00:48Now, it is worth mentioning that while South Africa has very high levels of crime and violent crime, it affects everyone the same, white and black.
00:57There has been no evidence found of white people in particular being targeted more than any other by international human rights organizations,
01:04nor do our local police statistics reflect any kind of targeting of white owners or farm owners, rather, in particular.
01:11We don't track murders by race, but farm owners have not been killed more than any other member of the population or category.
