Following the big-time box office success of 'Sinners,' Michael B. Jordan is set to receive a prestigious cinema honor. Jordan, an actor, director and producer, will be honored with the 39th American Cinematheque Award on November 20th during a gala ceremony in Beverly Hills. 00:52Jordan opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about playing two roles in Sinners at the film's red
00:56carpet premiere.
00:57I did every scene like four times, five times. So I think the balance between going back and
01:04forth was difficult at times, but you find the rhythm, and then after a while, it was second
01:09nature. I had a lot of fun.
01:10Jordan had early roles in Friday Night Lights and Parenthood, and a 2013 breakout performance
01:15in Fruitvale Station. He then rose in Hollywood with star turns in Black Panther and three Creed
01:21movies, including his directorial debut, Creed III. Coming up, Jordan is set to direct and star in
01:26the Thomas Crown Affair, and Jordan's production company, Outlier Society, has projects in
01:31development with Amazon, Paramount, and TriStar. He joins previous American Cinematheque Award
