00:00There is a group of meetings, Kevin, between owners in a certain National Football League

00:05that might vote to change the way some football is played out here.

00:10So why don't we first start with that?

00:12We're not expected today to get word back on if the tush-push is going to be banned or not.

00:17But other interesting topics are on the docket, Kevin,

00:20which includes the ones that we talked about yesterday, which will be voted on.

00:24Oh, boy.

00:25If you have 15 wins, you should automatically get this and that.

00:29Even if you don't win your division, the NFL is trying to change the way they do business, Kevin.

00:33Yeah, I went and saw, I think it was Ian Rappaport's write-up, Donnie, if I'm not mistaken.

00:40No expectation that that's going to pass.

00:42I think the league knows it's outrageous.

00:44Oh, yeah.

00:46Yeah, I'm sure I was going to pass the other day.

00:48I was getting nervous.

00:49Yeah, I'm trying to find a way to do this where it doesn't seem like I'm attacking Warren Sharp.

00:54Well, I mean, listen, I just think a massive swing and a miss that, you know,

00:58put us, you know, in the worry box that we didn't want to be in or need to be in.

01:03I was quite stressed out even post-show.

01:06The thing that was funny is even in the breakdown from, again,

01:11I believe it was a Rappaport article, which was just like, yeah,

01:15the league is aware that if they throw too many changes at once,

01:17it's going to be really unsettling.

01:19So it's just one of those things like the league knows it will be ridiculous.

01:22Now, they've tossed it out there.

01:24People will think on it.

01:25But I don't think this will ever pass.

01:27It's just like one of my favorite examples, and Donnie, you know,

01:30used to talk about it all the time.

01:32The COVID year where they're like, should we have neutral site conference championship games?

01:37Everyone went, no.

01:39Dumbest thing we've ever heard.

01:40And the NFL's never brought it up again.

01:43Oh, you know what?

01:44It's funny you said that.

01:45And shout out to people in the chat box already getting after it in the business.

01:54Because the NFL, it's apparent, like, it's always just about money.

01:57And sometimes it's not even about, like, the health of the league at some point.

02:01But that was a real thing, Kevin.

02:03They were going to take the most passionate fan bases in the biggest moments

02:07where that city's Super Bowl.

02:09And I've been to multiple NFC championship games.

02:11I've never been to a Super Bowl, which I'm sure is great.

02:14But to have your own personal championship game with your own fan base,

02:19family, friends in the stands, it is such a wonderful experience.

02:22And then we're going to say, like, we can make an extra few million dollars

02:25if we put Eagles and Commanders in Indianapolis.

02:28Like, you have got to be kidding me that that was even on the table.

02:33But I think maybe that was a little bit of, we're just going to crowdsource this

02:36to see how it goes over.

02:37And it was such a thud.

02:38Like, people would have really liked that.

02:40Like, absolutely not at this point.

02:42But also, looking at what they're going to be talking about

02:44and how the Green Bay Packers, Kevin, have changed the wording

02:49on, like, some things that you could get through.

02:50But understand this.

02:51It's not 50-50.

02:52Like, if you want to change a guideline in the NFL,

02:5624 out of the 32 teams have to vote to change that, Kevin.

02:59I don't think we're going to get that.

03:01Even though the commission is like, we need to have this.

03:04The optics are bad.

03:04Can they flip, like, eight or nine franchises over to the, like,

03:08ban the Tush Push side just because the commissioner wants it?

03:12I don't think so.

03:13I could be wrong.

03:15I think it's going to be close.

03:18And the fact that it's going to be close has people thinking it's going to be.

03:23The whole thing is, I don't know.

03:25I just think everyone's analysis on the Tush Push is so bad.

03:31Like, you can hear it in the announcers.

03:33Like, every time the Tush Push is about to happen, they go, oh,

03:36Tush Push time.

03:37Like, yeah.

03:38It's a thing to watch.

03:40I just, I don't know, man.

03:41People are, again, I really do think the swing of this whole thing

03:46is the Eagles won the Super Bowl.

03:48The Bills fell all over themselves.

03:50And you add those things and people went, okay, we got to get rid of this.
