01:25Well, it's not a question of holdouts.

01:27We have a tremendously unified party.

01:29I don't think we've ever had a party like this.

01:31There are some people that want a couple of things that maybe I don't like or that they're

01:35not going to get.

01:36But I think we're going to have tremendous — not luck.

01:40We have tremendous talent.

01:42This man has done an incredible job as Speaker.

01:45You know, we had a majority of one.

01:46We were one heart attack away from losing the House.

01:49Okay?

01:50Now we have seven.

01:51That's a big — because we won some elections, as you probably noticed.

01:54And we're going to win a lot of elections.

01:56We have an economy that's roaring.

01:58We took out $5.1 billion — if you take a look — $5.1 trillion — with a T, not a

02:05B — $5.1 trillion out of the Middle East.

02:08They're investing more than that.

02:10It's going to be ultimately more than that.

02:12We have 180 wide-body Boeing aircraft.

02:15They're spending money at levels that nobody has ever seen.

02:19Usually, a President goes for a trip and he loses money.

02:22In other words, he gives money.

02:23We went for a trip, but we took out $5.1 trillion.

02:27Nobody has ever seen anything like it.

02:29And that's just the beginning.

02:31So, I think we're going to — I think we're a very unified party.

02:34The Senate is doing great.

02:35John Thuner is doing fantastic.

02:37And he's a great guy.

02:38And we're going to have a bill — the one big, beautiful bill —

02:41I think it's going to be.

02:43It's the biggest bill ever passed, and we've got to get it done.

02:45Tremendous tax cuts for people.

02:47Tremendous incentives.

02:49Tremendous regulation cuts — all these regulations that are so horrible.

02:53And now you found out — and find out what happened.

02:56Because Biden — look, it's a very sad thing what happened,

02:59but I really — we're going to start looking into this whole thing

03:02with who signed this legislation.

03:04Who signed legislation opening our border?

03:07I don't think he knew.

03:08I said there's nobody that could want an open border.

03:11And now I find out that it wasn't him.

03:14He auto-panned it.

03:16Who was operating the auto-pen?

03:18This is a very serious thing.

03:19We had a president that didn't sign anything.

03:21He auto-ped almost everything.

03:23He opened the borders of the United States of America.

03:26And I kept saying, who would do such a thing?

03:29Allowing criminals to pour in from all over the world —

03:32not just South America, all over the world.

03:34They came in from Africa.

03:35They came in from Asia.

03:36They came in from the Congo.

03:37They came from the Congo.

03:38The prisons in the Congo, in Africa — these are rough, rough people.

03:43The prisons from the Congo are empty.

03:45You know where they are?

03:47They're in this country.

03:48Who would sign this?

03:49Nobody would sign it.

03:50No sane person would sign it.

03:51You know who signed it?

03:52Radical left lunatics that were running our country.

03:53And the auto-pen signed it.

03:54And they didn't want him.

03:55And they were disappointed in getting him because they wanted Bernie Sanders.

03:56And then, after about two weeks, they said, wait a minute.

03:58He'll do anything.

03:59We're going to use the auto-pen.

04:00And they used the auto-pen in everything.

04:01He didn't approve this stuff because when Joe Biden was with it, he would never have

04:05approved it.

04:07He would have never approved open borders.

04:13Are Republicans still grandstanding in your view?

04:16You have a couple that will grandstand.

04:17But I think even the grandstanders should ... Look, the alternative is a 68 percent tax

04:32increase.

04:33And you can blame the Democrats for that and one or two grandstanders.

04:37We only have one or two, but we have tremendous support.

04:40but you'll have a 68 percent tax increase or you'll get a massive tax

04:47decrease you'll get a tax cut the likes of which we've never had before this is

04:52bigger than any Ronald Reagan tax cut it's even bigger than the tax cut that I

04:57gave because as you know that's being extended and increased so this is the

05:02biggest tax cut in the history of our country or you'll get a 68 percent tax

05:07increase and if that happens I mean what Republican could vote for that to

05:12happen because there wouldn't be a Republican much longer they would get

05:14there would be knocked out so fast but we're going up to details this is a I'm

05:20a cheerleader for this party and I'm a cheerleader for the country much more

05:24importantly for the country but I'm a cheerleader for the party and we're

05:29gonna go up and I think we're gonna have a very good discussion there are one or

05:32two points that some people feel strongly about but maybe not so

05:36strongly we're gonna look we are looking at one thing we're not doing any cutting of

05:48anything meaningful the only thing we're cutting is waste fraud and abuse with

05:53Medicaid waste fraud and abuse there's tremendous waste fraud and abuse there's

05:59incompetent things putting we have illegal aliens that are multiple

06:03killers with multiple murder records getting Medicaid I don't think anybody

06:08minds that we got that the Democrats are the other hand they're going to

06:11destroy it because they're going to leave these people on we're cutting three

06:15things waste fraud and abuse we're not changing Medicaid and we're not changing

06:20Medicare and we're not changing Social Security and if I wanted to do those

06:25things I would have done it during my four years that we would have done it

06:29Mr. President what's your message to your fellow New Yorker Republicans who are hung up on the salt issues

06:34well salt is a very interesting thing because the governors of New York and

06:39Illinois you know the big JB is going nowhere probably right now he could be the

06:46worst governor of the country but Illinois and Gavin Newsom those are the people that want this

06:54and they're Democrat states they're all Democrat states you know Ronald Reagan tried very hard to get

07:01this passed was unable to do it the way we have it where basically everybody's treated equally he

07:07tried it so hard and he never got it done he was always disappointed he never got it done we got it done now

07:13people want to change it so we're going to be talking about that but the biggest beneficiary if we do

07:18that are governors from New York Illinois and California and those governors are

07:25the ones that blew it because they weren't able to get it so I think we're going to

07:29be explaining that these are all very blue states that I don't really believe we had

07:35honest elections I don't actually believe I think I would have won California I

07:38would have won New York I even think I would have won Illinois I think if we have

07:43to you know we're going to start this after I was talking to Mike and again I'm his biggest fan I love

07:48this guy he's the only guy I could have walked in with a one think of it you can't be a guy like

07:54me and have a one majority you have to be a guy like him a nice person he's very religious he prays

08:01he's a man of God and so am I but he's really to a new level I will tell you he is a great guy they

08:08love him in Louisiana and they love him and that's the only kind of guy somebody said oh well we want

08:14somebody that if you put a certain personality in there you would have never look at the look at

08:19what he got past what he's gotten past and just so you understand he's gotten this best too and I

08:25don't think there's anybody I could give you guys that is so tough you guys would run if you ever looked

08:29at him if you ever saw some of these guys you would not ask him questions you'd be afraid to

08:33this guy did something that I don't think there's anybody that's more well suited to be a speaker of

08:40the house especially under a case like this remember we had a majority of one for six months and that

08:47was a very frightening thing because the Democrats have really hurt our country and we are going to

08:54go into very much I remember what I said the auto pay this government was illegally run for four years
