24:11I thought I was gonna die,
24:12and I was so uneducated around what it actually means.
24:18You know, there's a lot of misunderstanding around HIV,
24:22but taking one pill a day means that you can't pass HIV on.
24:29And undetectable equals untransmittable.
24:34I'm in a good place now.
24:35The thing it has made me is, like, incredibly empathetic towards people.
24:41It's just made me really aware of what people feel.
24:45I feel so proud of Adam.
24:47I just want to give him a huge hug
24:49and let him know how amazing of a person he is.
24:53This is another thing that someone said to me the other day.
24:56Like, I went for a sexual health test, but they said,
24:59-"Are you clean?" You know, you hear that. -"I hate that so much."

25:05like, before we had sex, I'm like,
25:07But you shouldn't say that, because, like...
25:09Words have, like, carried so much impact.
25:11But does that make me dirty?
25:13Because I have HIV and I'm undetectable.
