DA to help rice buyers  Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. vows to improve the buying experience of those availing of the P20 per kilogram rice program in Kadiwa centers and other sites in Metro Manila, nearby provinces, and parts of the Visayas region, during a Palace press briefing on Monday, May 19, 2025.   He said the Department of Agriculture would provide chairs, tents, and fans, among others, as they plan to expand the program.
