00:00The lorry driver charged with causing the deaths of nine Federal Reserve unit personnel last Tuesday

00:07has been arrested again by the police just 20 minutes after he finally posted bail today.

00:14Sinar Haran reported that the Bagan Datuk Police's Criminal Investigation Department

00:19re-arrested Rudy Zucarnain Matradi, 45, at the bail payment counter at around 12.20pm.

00:25He was reportedly helped to assist in an investigation into a cow theft case

00:31which occurred in Kutan Melintang, Bagan Datuk last month.

00:35Rudy's RM6,000 bail had been paid by his employer

00:38allowing his short-lived release from the Hilir Perak Police Headquarters lockup.

00:43He pleaded not guilty last Friday to a charge of driving dangerously

00:47and causing the deaths of the FRU personnel in a crash in Tulu Intan.

00:51The charge under Section 41, Subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987

00:56provides for a maximum jail term of 10 years, a fine of up to RM50,000

01:02and a disqualification from holding or obtaining a driving license

01:07for no less than five years upon conviction.
