00:00Nikki Garcia and Artem Ching Vincev's divorce comes with a price tag.
00:06Citing Court Docs TMZ reports May 15th that under the terms of the couple's 2024 agreement,
00:12the total Bellas alone will pay the Dancing with the Stars Pro $3,500 per month in child support
00:20for the care of their son Mateo. However, Artem and Nikki have been ordered to split the cost
00:26of the four-year-old's extracurricular activities. As for custody of Mateo, the outlet reports that
00:32the former couple are planning to divide major holidays and trade off each year. In addition
00:39to the monthly payments, Nikki has been ordered to pay her ex-husband two lump sums of $100,000,
00:46one now and another before the end of 2025. E! News has reached out to Artem and Nikki's
00:53lawyers for comment but hasn't yet heard back. The details of the settlement come after the
00:59pair finalized their divorce back in November. Nikki originally filed for divorce in September
01:052024, just a month after Artem was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence following
01:12an incident at the pair's Northern California home. Prosecutors ultimately dropped the charge due
01:18to lack of evidence. However, Artem's run-in with the law drastically affected his career,
01:24with multiple outlets reporting not long after the arrest that the Russian-born dancer would not
01:30be returning to Dancing with the Stars for its 33rd season, which took place in late 2024,
01:37causing Artem to later allege in court docs that he lost $100,000 in income.
