00:30Ang naturang batas ay nagbibigay po ng prioridad sa early education, proper nutrition at caring support para sa mga batang Pilipino.

00:41Ito ay para yung mga bata na edad 0 to 5 ay mabigyan po ng agad na malakas na simula sa buhay.

00:48Ipinasa ang batas para iimplementa ang polisiya ng pamahalaan na protektahan at ipromote yung bawat karapatan ng mga bata

00:56sa holistic well-being, growth at dedicated care.

01:00Ang ECCD System Act ay isa sa mga priority measures na nirekomenda ng 2nd Congressional Commission on Education, EDCOM 2,

01:08para palakasin ang educational system ng Pilipinas.

01:11Ang RA No. 12199 ay ina-assign ang ECCD Council para mga laga sa mga bata na mas mababa sa edad 5,

01:20habang ang Department of Education o DepEd naman ang siyang mag-overseas sa mga edad 5 to 8,

01:25alingsunod na rin sa Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013.

01:28Ang ECCD ay may institutionalize sa isang komprehensibo at pangmatagalang paraan

01:34sa pamagitan po ng multisectoral at interagency collaboration sa national and local level sa gobyerno

01:41kasama ang iba pang stakeholders.

01:43Ito nga po, layon ng batas na ito, nabawasan ang law child mortality,

01:49suportahan ng lahat ang areas ng child development,

01:52ihanda ang mga bata sa formal schooling,

01:54at agad na i-establish ang intervention system para sa mga may special needs.

02:00Palalakasin po ang ECCD Council para po paghunahan ng health, nutrition, education and social development programs

02:07na may malakas na koordinasyon sa iba't ibang ahensya.

02:10Malaki rin po ang papelan mga local government units sa pag-implementa ng ECCD programs.

02:16At yan po muna ang update sa aktibidad ng Pangulo hanggang sa susunod ng Mr. President on the go.
