00:17I think he probably had already seen it, in my opinion, because this is indeed a different region and a different Saudi Arabia.
00:28Of course, then, you know, we were still talking about a ruling elite that was still two years into their establishment, you know, them being ushered in into power.

00:48And there was an immense amount of respective nationalisms around the world.
00:53There wasn't a regional spirit that we find ourselves here today.
00:57And also that we, you know, this idea of Saudi first, I think Saudi first that, you know, does not mean Saudi alone.
01:05And therefore, it speaks to the regional to the regional lens that Saudi has that in order for Saudi 2030 to be successful, in order for Saudi Arabia to be strong, it has to be within a stronger region and a more stable region.
01:19And that's what we're really striving towards.
01:21And that's only going to benefit even Saudi American relations.
