00:15Filipino boxer Charlie Suarez's comp is not yet over in appealing their controversial loss in the World Boxing Organization or WBO's super featherweight title fight against title holder Emanuel Navarrete in San Diego, California.
00:30The fight between the two ended in a technical decision after the doctor examined Navarrete's cut on his left eyebrow.
00:36The referee said it was from an accidental headbutt which caused the fight to be stopped before reaching the eighth round in which Navarrete could have escaped his WBO title.
00:46Many fans were disappointed by the decision that should have been a technical knockout win for Suarez.
00:51Because according to the slow-mo replay released by the top-rank Vice President of Operations, Carl Moretti, Navarrete's cut clearly came from a left hook by Suarez.
01:00In an interview with BTV Sports, Suarez shared what really happened and how Navarrete got his eyebrow cut.
01:06Sa akin, dahil sa suntok po talaga, at ito yung nagpapatunay, yun po yung nakatama sa kanya.
01:20And nagpasalamat ako dun sa suntok na yun kasi nag-iisa lang yun, hindi na naulit yun eh.

02:24In case the appeal wins, the decision will bear votes from Navarrete's winning depending on whether it is declared no contest or a win for Suarez.
02:32Suarez's longtime head coach, Delphine Boholz, was disappointed by the unacceptable decision in the first world title fight experience.
