00:00How would you describe life as a girl dad four times over?

00:03How have things changed with you and Kylie the most?

00:05Well, I mean, now I'm more experienced.

00:07So I think Travis and I didn't have any sisters.

00:10We had no first cousins growing up.

00:12So I was not around a lot of young girls.

00:15So it's been new for me.

00:16But now it's pretty standard.

00:20So it's great.

00:22They're all so young.

00:24I just can't wait to watch them grow up together.

00:26And Wyatt is now starting to get older, get into the sports.

00:30More active, more out and about.

00:32So definitely looking forward to the summer, getting her in summer camps

00:35and starting to really embrace that next phase of growing up.

00:40I know you've got a ways to go, but do you have dating rules for when it comes time?

00:44Have you and Kylie even talked about that yet?

00:46Would you ever let them date an NFL player?

00:48Would I ever let them?

00:49I mean, I'll let them date whoever they want.

00:51It's hard to restrict dating.

00:54I've been asked this question before, I guess, on the podcast.

00:56And my thing is, you try and raise them with as much critical thinking ability

01:01and try and instill the values that you think are important.

01:07And that's kind of it.

01:08They take you from there.

01:10So no rules yet?

01:11No, nothing yet.

01:13You look great.

01:13You showed off a 30-pound weight loss.

01:16Is that right?

01:16I'm about 30 right now.

01:17I was 295 when I played, about 270, so 25 pounds.

01:21All right.

01:21So you have a goal weight in mind?

01:23Bo Allen, my former teammate, and I are kind of in this weight loss,

01:26body fat loss competition right now.

01:29But I don't really want to get below 250.

01:32So I think somewhere between 250 and 265, we'll see where it goes.

01:37And how does your relationship with Travis change in the offseason?

01:40Are you guys closer?

01:41Obviously, you do the podcast together every week.

01:43How does the relationship change between the two of you in the offseason?

01:46I don't know that it changes.

01:47I think we have more time to do things outside of football.

01:50In football season, we're both so focused on the season that's happening,

01:55whether it's the Eagles, Chiefs, or the NFL landscape for the podcast.

01:59Once we're done with the football season,

02:01then we can kind of just refocus back on family

02:04and do some of the things that we get enjoyment of outside of the game.
