My name is Lindsay Johnson and I am playing Eliza Doolittle.

I'm from Newcastle-upon-Tyne. I've lived here in Coolerain for 14 years now with my husband and my little dog, Olive.

I love to sew, I love to go to the gym, I love to hike and I love musical theatre.

My favourite role that I've played today would be sharing the role of the narrator in Joseph.

So Eliza is very feisty, she knows what she wants, she is very ambitious but her character kind of evolves throughout the show

and she kind of becomes quite vulnerable and wants to be loved.

My favourite thing about My Fair Lady, apart from being called every single name under the sun by Aidan, is just how funny it is.

Like the script is so, so funny and I think it'll give the audience a lot of laughs.

It's just a spectacle, it's the show that has a bit of everything, it's got fun, it's got the big show numbers,
