00:00Welcome back to Te Kaha for another update on construction progress at One New Zealand Stadium.
00:09As you can see behind me, installation of the escalators is now commenced.
00:13We've completed the installation of the glass facade to the western entrance,
00:17and the stairs are also in place in this area.
00:19Fitout works are continuing on all four levels of the western stand,
00:23with kitchens, bathrooms and back of house areas now essentially complete.
00:27We're now on level two on the western stand in one of the 23 corporate suites.
00:31As you can see, fitout of these areas is now largely complete,
00:35with wall linings in place, ceilings installed and joinery also in place.
00:40One of the major focuses on site for the team continues to be the installation of the roof cladding.
00:45Solid portion of roof to the south comprises of two layers.
00:48Installation of the base layer is now fully complete,
00:51and the team have commenced with installation of the top layer working back towards the southern end.
00:56In the last few months, we've started preparing the site for landscaping and tie-in with our surrounding streets works.
01:01The project sits across three city blocks, so this represents a significant portion of work.
01:06At the southern end of the site, installation of the external stairs has commenced.
01:09Patrons reach at the venue via these stairs from the Level 1 concourse.
01:13Despite the recent wet weather, the team continue to make great progress on site,
01:17and we remain on track for an opening in April 2026 and on budget.
