00:03that have hit every single way all the way through.

00:06And most people thought this game,

00:07this series, was going to go into seven games.

00:09And it has now.

00:10I actually thought at least one game would go into overtime.

00:12And it has.

00:13And every step of the way, I picked the winner,

00:15which included last night.

00:16Now, sidewise, spread-wise,

00:19maybe you got a little bit tough,

00:20as Joe talked about in section number one for us here,

00:23was, you know what?

00:23Five and a half, six and a half.

00:24Yeah, that made a big deal last night

00:26in a 111-105 victory.

00:27But the Clippers got the job done at home.

00:30It wasn't a blowout scenario.

00:31The Nuggets had to play their starters

00:3240-plus minutes in this one

00:34as we head back to elevation.

00:36But talk to me about what you saw last night, Joe,

00:38from that Clippers six-point victory

00:39over the Denver Nuggets.

00:41Well, what we learned by the Clippers

00:44and in the NBA playoffs this year, Donnie,

00:47is that if you do a lot of the little things right,

00:52you can overcome a lot of absolutely trash shooting here.

00:57And that's exactly what the Clippers did again last night.

01:00Listen, we saw the Timberwolves miss 75 threes

01:03and they still beat the Lakers, right?

01:05Well, we saw the Clippers, I think they, what?

01:07They missed nine of their first 10 threes.

01:10Jamal Murray drops 12 in the first quarter

01:13and we're like, here we go again.

01:15But then James Harden dropped 17 points alone

01:18in the second quarter,

01:19but they missed 18 of the first 22 first half threes they took.

01:24But you know what they did?

01:26They turned the Nuggets over a bunch of times.

01:29They were able to get easy baskets.

01:31So you can win despite not shooting well at all

01:34if you do the other little things well.

01:36And that's exactly what the Clippers did.
