The Workers’ Party’s candidate for Jalan Kayu SMC Andre Low says he sees himself as an underdog contesting against the People’s Action Party’s (PAP) Ng Chee Meng.

"He has three stars to his name and I don't have a single one to mine, but like I said before, I think I offer a different proposition,” said Low.
