00:00The selection, defensive lineman out of Ole Miss, Walter Nolan, goes 16th to the Arizona Cardinals.

00:07You know, when you look at Walter Nolan, started his career at Texas A&M,

00:11was a big, big splash in the transfer portal this previous offseason,

00:15four-lane Kiffin and the run Rebs, and left no doubt during his lone year in Oxford.

00:21This is a D-lineman you have been very, very high on.

00:24What do you think about his game translates best to the NFL?

00:27Yeah, I think the ability to get after it and shut down the run,

00:30and you talk about athleticism and just physicality, that's what he brings to the table.

00:35He's very strong.

00:36He's very athletic.

00:38Gets off in terms of his first foot and first step very, very fast,

00:42and beats opposing offensive linemen to the football,

00:46and that's what you want to see in terms of the interior.

00:48He can be a dominant pass rusher as well, and another guy that will force double teams.

00:53I think when you look at Ole Miss, they are not looked at as an elite defense because of Lane Kiffin.

00:59People forget they had the best rush defense in the SEC for much of the regular season.

01:03It wasn't Georgia.

01:04It wasn't South Carolina.

01:05It wasn't Tennessee or Alabama.

01:07It was Ole Miss.

01:08They allowed well under three yards per rush last year for a majority of the year,

01:12and part of it was because of Nolan's play.

01:15He's a dominant player.

01:16And, again, like Jared Verse, like some of the others that we've seen,

01:19a potential rookie in the making, Ricky All-Pro.
