00:07The Browns trade out of the number two overall spot, back to number five.

00:12And with that selection, it is the interior D lineman out of Michigan,

00:16Mason Graham, who goes fifth overall to the Cleveland Browns.

00:23more reaction to what Cleveland did early on here in the top five of the 2025 NFL

00:29draft, did Andrew Barry make the correct decision to move back and draft Mason

00:34Graham from the Mason blue?

00:35Well, Cap, we already talked about what they are planning for,

00:38which is to get past the Deshaun Watson contract and the Deshaun Watson era of

00:45the Cleveland Browns needs that you highlighted the quarterback, left tackle,

00:49running back, wide receiver, safety, defensive tackle and corner, which is a lot.

00:53Obviously, when you're picking second in the draft, you need a lot of help,

00:56but they get one here in Mason Graham, who is considered to be a very solid prospect,

01:00even if not an elite Hall of Fame type prospect.

01:03Yeah, he is Mike, Mason Graham of Michigan.

01:06He is a outstanding three technique.

01:08He is the best defensive tackle for this draft.

01:10Walter Nolan will probably go second.

01:12When we talk about defensive tackles out of Mississippi,

01:15but Mason Graham will be a day one starter.

01:18They've gotten Malik Collins as sort of a journeyman, nice player.

01:20Shelby Harris has been around the league a long time.

01:22So this is a building block player, no question about it, quarterback potentially

01:27in the second round because they've got a couple of second round picks.

01:30But the bottom line is they got a starter day one by trading down.

01:34That's what you want.

01:34And isn't it ironic?

01:35A lot of us had Mason Graham going at number five, but to the Jaguars.

01:38Yeah.

01:39So Mason Graham goes where people thought he was going to go.

01:42It's just to a different team.

01:43Ben, obviously we have a Browns team, which was a last place team a year ago.

01:48They're going to have to continue to try to punch up against teams like the Ravens,

01:52Bengals, and even the Steelers.

01:53In the last five years, Michigan has had a slew of first round selections.

01:58It is the 53rd consecutive NFL draft that a player from the Wolverines has been taken

02:04by at least one of those clubs around the NFL.

02:07Mason Graham goes fifth overall to the Cleveland Browns.

02:11Two teams within the top five have a win total of five and a half for this upcoming NFL season.

02:17With the juice on the under.

02:18The New York Giants at five and a half.

02:20The under at minus 140.

02:22The Cleveland Browns also at five and a hook.

02:25The under has considerable juice.

02:27So Kev, quickly to you from the odds perspective.

02:29Our first draft slide ever so slightly because of the changes in the order in the top five

02:35is now Ashton Gentty, who was a minus money favorite to go fifth overall

02:39and a hefty favorite to be a top five pick.

02:42Where does Ashton Gentty end up?

02:44Could it be the team originally linked to him in Las Vegas?

02:47Again, this is the fascinating thing.

02:49Had the Raiders and all of their leaks and thoughts of tackle, tackle.

02:53Was that because they thought Gentty was a goner?

02:55Did they do that to maybe give Chicago a sense of security in sitting there at 10?

03:01I think it's on the board.

03:02A lot of people are expecting tackle here.

03:04Obviously, time will tell.

03:06But this is fascinating now that maybe Chicago could sit at 10 and draft Ashton Gentty.
