00:30and the Tax Code aims to replace old and complicated procedures that make it difficult for businesses to get tax breaks when they support education and training programs.
00:41Republic Act 8525 encourages private companies to help improve public schools,
00:46while Republic Act 12063 encourages different work-based education programs to address unemployment and prevent job skill mismatch.
00:57This effort by the Finance Department supports the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,
