Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about an 85-year-old woman from Idaho who killed in a man, in a case of justifiable homicide, after he broke into her house. She was handcuffed to a chair and managed to retrieve a gun, and kill the guy after being shot five times herself.

00:26Prosecutors in Bingham County say this 85-year-old woman, Christine Janeehan, shot and killed

00:39Derek Condon, and they're calling it justifiable homicide.

00:45Here's what happened.

00:47He breaks into her house at 2 in the morning.

00:50He hits her in the head while she's lying in bed.

00:54And handcuffs her to a chair while he starts robbing the place.
