00:00Today is a big national holiday, Loren. It's National French Fry Day.

00:05I saw this, and you know, French fries are like one of my favorite foods.

00:10Is it a food group?

00:11Oh my gosh. I've been on a million diets, right?

00:14Like, we've all tried to quote-unquote diet in our life.

00:19I can be so strong on a diet, but if you put a plate of French fries in front of me, I'm out.

00:23You're out.

00:24I'm off the wagon.

00:25Tap out.

00:26I'll eat every single last French fry.

00:27What's your favorite? Is it the straight, the kinkle cut, or the crinkle cut, the curly shoestring waffle?

00:36Are you talking fast food or just in general?

00:40Because I do love, like, the grab-and-go from the grocery store that is the waffle but seasoned.

00:47If you're asking me my favorite fast food, Arby's wins hands down.

00:52I know I say this all the time, Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant,

00:56but those curly fries and the way that they're seasoned, mwah!

01:00They had their curly?

01:01Yeah.

01:01Like a pig's tail?

01:02Yeah.

01:03See, I went to Shake Shack yesterday for lunch with my son, and they have the crinkle fries, and boy, those are good.

01:11They are.

01:11But then you want to talk fries, and you got to bring McDonald's into the conversation.

01:16I don't know if McDonald's are, like, my absolute favorite fries, but I'm definitely not kicking it out of my bed.

01:21And then Wendy's is going to say, hold up a second, if you're talking fries, you got to talk about us.

01:26And then Chick-fil-A's going, whoa, whoa, whoa, we have the waffle fries.

01:29So where are we going for fries today, Producer Nicole?

01:32It's National French Fry Day, we want the best fries, where are we going?

01:36You know, I'm going to go out on a limb and say the seasoned fries from Bojangles.

01:41Not bad, not bad.

01:42They have really good French fries, too.

01:44I was thinking maybe Checkers, because Checkers has good fries, but Bojangles isn't bad.

01:48What about nobody's brought up the sweet potato fry yet?

01:52If we're going to eat French fries, then we're going to eat French fries.

01:55If you're going big, you just go for the regular French fry.

02:00Nobody wants a halfway healthy French fry.

02:03Chili fries?

02:05Eh, I like my French fries to taste like fries.

02:08How about the disco fries?

02:10What's that?

02:10It's a New Jersey thing where you go to the diner in the middle of the night after you've been out drinking and partying,

02:15and you get cheese on it with gravy.

02:17Oh.

02:17It's melted on top of the French fries?

02:19I could get into that.
