00:04And we are going to try to call Dana right now because Scott said,

00:11I know people get crazy on these.

00:40What's this about?

00:42Well, we do something called a 7.15 second date update.

00:46And we talk to people about dates they went on.

00:48And we wanted to see if we could talk to you about a date you went on and a guy that is very into you.

00:54Would that be all right if we had like a couple minutes of your time on the air?

01:07We want to talk to you about Scott.

01:08We heard you guys went to the Bonefish Grill.

01:11He said that you guys had a great time together.

01:13He said you were very beautiful.

01:15He felt like you guys had a lot of things in common.

01:16He felt like the date went well.

01:18He felt like I don't think any subjects came up that you wouldn't have liked.

01:23He said there was nothing weird on his Instagram that maybe you saw later.

01:26We kind of grilled him on it.

01:28And he said, no, I know that on these dating segments, people sound crazy.

01:32And he goes, I'm telling you, I've racked my brain and don't know what's going on.

01:36And I guess he sent you a few texts to hang out again and kind of feels like you've been

01:39a little cryptic and a little standoffish.

01:41And he's just really trying to figure out what's going on because he really wants to

01:45see you again.

01:45So what's the deal?

01:47I just, I ultimately, I feel like we have very different priorities and I'm in my 30s.

01:53I don't have time to waste.

01:55I know what I want and I just don't see it going anywhere.

01:58I, I think we're pretty different in a lot of things.

02:01Well, I was going to say, you said you're in your 30s.

02:03You don't want to waste any time.

02:04Like, are you looking to get married like right now or?

02:06It's just that, like, I know what I want out of a relationship.

02:09I know what type of person I want to date.

02:12Like, I know who I want to spend my time with.

02:14Like, I've done a lot of self work.

02:18Okay, so when I say different priorities, like, he spent a lot of time talking about

02:23football and like fantasy football.

02:25And it's a huge passion for him, which is cool.

02:28This is not my jam.

02:29And, you know, I'm cool to occasionally go to a bar when other people are watching a game

02:34or someone's house.

02:35But, like, this is a thing he does, like, every weekend, every Sunday.

02:40Well, come on, girl.

02:42Tom Brady is quarterback in this team.

02:44Things have changed in this town.

02:45Wow.

02:46Yeah.

02:46You know, like I said, I'm not, like, I'm just not into the football.

02:51And, I mean, congrats, everybody.

02:53Sorry, I'm probably getting a lot of enemies here.

02:56But I work really hard and I only have Sundays free.

03:00And, like, the thing I like to do on Sundays is, like, I, you know, ultimately, like, I'd

03:06want to be with whoever I'm dating and I'd want to do things together.

03:09And so, you know, if he's off with his buddies watching a ton of different games, you know,

03:13and it doesn't, like, end there.

03:15He loves college football.

03:16He has, like, five different, six different fantasy leagues or whatever they are.

03:21I don't know.

03:22I tried to pay attention.

03:24I was like, I have no idea.

03:25What's the quarterback?

03:26So, I don't want to waste his time.

03:29I definitely don't have any more time for me to waste.

03:32So, when you say you guys have different priorities, you are saying you feel like Scott makes football

03:38priority and you're worried about not being the main priority.

03:41Yeah.

03:42I mean, he's married to football.

03:43You know what I mean?

03:43Like, yeah.

03:45Well, here's the deal, Dana.

03:47I have Scott on the phone right now and I want to bring him back on.

03:52Yeah, no, I was listening to what you were saying.

03:54And, I mean, yeah, I enjoy football.

03:58I mean, we're both Buccaneers fans.

03:59We both grew up in the Tampa area.

04:01So, I really do love football.

04:03But I don't know.

04:04Like, I mean, you could totally come to the games with us, like, and, like, hang out.

04:10I don't know.

04:11I just really don't understand, I guess.

04:14I mean, I don't know what else to say.

04:16I just don't.

04:17I'm not into the football.

04:18And I don't want you to have to not be into it.

04:21And I don't want you to miss out on your, you know, time with your pals and your nachos

04:24and whatever.

04:25But, like, I just don't.

04:27It ain't my thing, you know?

04:29Like, if you don't want to, that's totally cool.

04:32I mean, like, you know, but you're more than welcome to just hang out with us.

04:36It's not all just about watching football.

04:39Yeah.

04:39And, Dana, you probably have some interests that he's not going to be interested in.

04:42I mean, right.

04:43I just, I can see a future.

04:45Like, if I look at a future, every Sunday is this.

04:48Every Sunday is, oh, I have these games I got to watch.

04:51Every Sunday is you're sitting on the couch and you're, like, you know, scrolling from

04:55football game to football game.

04:57And, like, I'm just not, that's not the world I want to live in, you know?

05:00No, no, no.

05:01But, I mean, like, well, it's not, football isn't year-round.

05:04Right.

05:04And it's also one day a week.

05:07That's my one day off.

05:08Sunday is the day that I would like to have with my partner.

05:11And that's your day.

05:12Okay.

05:13You want to be with your friends, so.

05:14No, no.

05:14But here's the thing.

05:16That's not every Sunday for the entire year.

05:19I mean.

05:19Sure.

05:20But there are other sports, aren't there?

05:22I mean, there's, like, basketball, hockey, baseball.

05:27You know, that's the thing.

05:27All those sports.

05:28And baseball, too.

05:29I'm just going to take a guess.

05:30So, you're not going to get to know me because of.

05:35Okay.

05:35You know what?

05:35I think ultimately, like, it comes down to, like, somebody that's that into sport is probably

05:41not a great match for me.

05:43It sounds like Dana's trying to avoid Sunday fights.

05:47She doesn't want to watch football.

05:48She wants him to go do something else.

05:50And he's, I want to watch football.

05:52So.

05:52That's one day a week.

05:53Scott seems like he's very accommodating in the situation as well.

05:55It doesn't sound like Scott's going to give up his football days to hang out with.

05:59I don't even think.

05:59I mean, I don't think it's, there's a reason to give it up.

06:03It just seems like such a waste to throw away something that could be pretty fun, I think.

06:08Let me throw a Hail Mary here.

06:11Anyway, here's what I want to say.

06:13Scott reached out to us because he was making you a priority to get a second date.

06:17So, he does care about you.

06:19He does care about going out with you again.

06:21I mean, is this really going to be a deal breaker for you?

06:23I just don't see it going any further than it's always going to be.

06:26I don't know how to have fun and meet someone that you like, but what do I know?

06:30Is this fun?

06:31Like, is this conversation fun right now?

06:33I mean, this conversation isn't fun, but I don't think you're giving it a chance.

06:38This is not going to work out.

06:39Obviously, this is a situation you guys can't get past.

06:42It may be a small situation, which may be telling if there was a bigger situation going on.
