00:10The thing that Paige did say was it was something that happened to us.

00:15It was both of them.

00:20So they went to Ybor and just were strolling around.

00:22She said it was great.

00:23But obviously, whatever this is that happened to them.

00:30If it wasn't that, and then Paige gets blindsided by something right now, that's going to be interesting.

01:40Yeah, that was not a great night, I've got to be honest with you.

01:48Was it something where you feel like you guys weren't hitting it off?

01:51No, it has nothing to do with her at all, actually.

01:54She's wonderful.

01:55So, you know, the night we went, started off good.

02:00You know, we were walking around, having a good time, getting to know each other.

02:03We were hitting off really good, and then we got back to my car, and my car wasn't there.

02:10Yeah, and so we spent two, three hours, like, dealing with, dealing with cops and filing reports,

02:20and I was, like, on the phone with my insurance company.

02:23Oh, man, I'm sorry that happened, dude.

02:28Yeah, it's all right.

02:29I've just been, to be honest with you, man, I've just been kind of in a funk.

02:33Oh, me too, yeah.

02:34And I'm still dealing with it.

02:37And so, right now, I'm living my life how I ended that day.

02:43I've been taking lots of Ubers everywhere I go until the insurance company cuts me a check,

02:49and, you know, I get something new.

02:51But they haven't found the car, so I have no idea what's going on.

02:55Yeah, I don't know.

02:56I'm just, the whole night, left a bad taste in my mouth.

02:59But mostly, I'm just embarrassed.

03:01Paige is cool, but, you know.

03:03Well, man, I don't think, I mean, you can't control that.

03:05No.

03:05I mean, it's a horrible thing to happen to you.

03:07I mean, I want to say it again.

03:07I'm so sorry that happened.

03:10Paige actually reached out to us.

03:13And I don't think she, you know, I don't think it's anything you should be embarrassed about.

03:18And I think she kind of knew this might be the reason.

03:21We actually have her on the phone.

03:23I want to bring her back on, Dave.

03:28Paige, is that kind of what you were thinking?

03:33Well, why don't you just talk to Dave?

03:35Well, Dave, there's something to be embarrassed about.

03:37I mean, it's not like anything you did.

03:39I had a great time, you know.

03:40I know it's kind of put a bad taste in your mouth about the whole night, but I don't think that.

03:44I just want to spend time with you and get to know you, you know?

03:49It's kind of like, I try to be kind of low-key and no drama.

03:53And I mean, that's like the opposite of no drama is like, you go on a date and all of a sudden immediately like, dude, where's my car?

04:00We're dealing with cops.

04:02And it was just bananas.

04:03It was a lot.

04:04And I don't know.

04:05It just kind of put me in a bad spot.

04:07Well, I mean, like I said, it's nothing, I don't think it's anything we could have controlled at all.

04:11So, I mean, yeah, we had to take an Uber home.

04:13No big deal.

04:14A lot of people do that.

04:15You know, it's kind of a memorable day.

04:18I know you're going through a lot right now trying to like get insurance and find a car.

04:22And, but, you know, maybe we can do something again to cheer you up, you know?

04:27Yeah.

04:28I mean, that would be awesome.

04:29I just honestly, and I'm sorry I haven't been getting back to you.

04:33I just haven't felt like talking to anybody.

04:35I get that, Dave.

04:36I do.

04:37Yeah, I totally get that, man.

04:38I would say this, though, to you.

04:40I know this is a horrible thing that happened, but I don't want you to miss out on a great thing that might happen.

04:45And that would be with Paige because she's really into you.

04:48And I think she cares about you enough to hit us up.

04:50And she kind of had a sense of what this might be.

04:52And, again, I totally get it kind of shutting down when these type of things happen.

04:56But I think there's someone that was there with you when it happened.

04:59And, you know, this will get resolved at some point.

05:02It's a hassle.

05:03But I wouldn't miss out on a girl that's really into you.
