A dispute over refilling water guns is suspected to be the cause of a fight between a group of individuals during a Songkran festival at a mall in Petaling Jaya.
District Police Chief ACP Shahrulnizam Ja'afar told Sinar Harian that five men, in their 20s and 30s, have been arrested to assist with the investigation.
