00:18He said the incident occurred at the restaurant in Macang Bubok Bukit Mertajam at 2.45 am

00:25He said the incident was caused by a personal misunderstanding and was not related to racial

00:30issues.

00:31The suspect punched the victim in the face and hit his head with a dustbin lid.

00:35The victim is believed to be a restaurant worker.

00:39Police said they had received a report on the incident and they had opened an investigation

00:43paper on the incident under Sections 3, 2.4 and 5.06 of the Penal Code.
