00:10Kuching OCPD Assistant Commissioner Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah confirmed the arrests, stating
00:16that the men were detained in connection with the 53-second video.
00:21The altercation occurred on Tuesday night at a bazaar and was reportedly triggered by
00:25loud vehicle engine and exhaust noises.
00:29ACP Mohd Farhan clarified that the incident was not linked to any racial or ethnic issues
00:35and urged the public to refrain from sharing the video to prevent unrest.
00:40The case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code, which carries a penalty
00:45of up to five years in prison, a fine or both upon conviction.
