Ingredients: Eggs – 2 Condensed Milk – 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup Salt – 1/4 tsp Baking Powder – 1 tsp Gulab Jamun Powder – 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence – 7–8 drops All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup Olive Oil – 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate (finely chopped) – 1 1/2 cups ___________________________________________ Method: 1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk for about a minute until frothy. 2. Add the condensed milk and whip again for another minute. 3. Sift in the cocoa powder and gently fold the mixture in one direction until smooth. 4. Add salt and baking powder, and continue folding in the same direction. 5. Stir in the vanilla essence and all-purpose flour. Mix evenly to avoid lumps. 6. Add the gulab jamun powder, oil and mix gently until well incorporated. 7. Fold in the finely chopped dark chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly distributed. 8. Lightly grease a baking pan and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly. 9. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), then bake the cake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 10.
