Homemade Ghee & Refreshing Drink Recipe ____ 1. Put one kilogram of cream into a large bowl. 2. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water. 3. Blend until the butter separates from the buttermilk. 4. Skim the butter into a separate utensil. 5. Rinse the butter with cold water to clean it. 6. Cook the butter on a low flame until it turns golden brown. 7. Strain the ghee using a fine sieve or cheesecloth. 8. Let it cool down completely. 9. Store the ghee in a clean, dry container. _________ Refreshing Drink:
To the leftover buttermilk, add 2 tablespoons of Rooh Afza or sugar.
Mix well and serve chilled.
