Scott Parker hailed his players ability to find a way to get all three points as they came from behind to beat Watford.

00:00Throughout this year, you wouldn't be where we were.

00:02This group, in terms of a mindset and a mentality about them,

00:08it's ingrained, really.

00:09And they react constantly to adversity.

00:12They react in the right way, whether that was early on in the season,

00:15whether that's, like you said, today, Coventry.

00:18They just find a way.

00:21There's quality there, of course there is,

00:23but in them moments, sometimes it's the mentality

00:25what can get you to that point, really.

00:27So, yeah, it was brilliant today.

00:29They're a very good side.

00:30Tom's done an incredible job here.

00:32And we knew that, and I knew that.

00:34Looking at the prep leading into this game,

00:36I knew the threat they'd pose.

00:38Physically, a very, very strong team.

00:40And running power, you can see that from their physical numbers.

00:43And they put the ball in areas and caused you problems.

00:45So we knew that this game was definitely a tough game for us.

00:50And we needed to address it in the right way.

00:52And we've managed to do that and get out of it, really.

00:54We worked on it in the last three or four days

00:56in terms of the movements we needed in that top line.

00:58Against a back four, aggressive back four,

01:01with full backs who want to come and press wingers

01:03and open the space inside.

01:05And then from there, exploit the two centre-halves

01:07who may be a little bit stretched.

01:09It was perfect.

01:10And even the second goal, the overload on the back post

01:12that sets up Brownie.

01:14So it was a well-executed goal.

01:15The quality was superb.
