00:00What do you think would you bring in to try to win the world?

00:04My focus has always been about serving the residents in a sincere way.

00:10And I'm mindful of the history here, but I'm not shackled by it.

00:16And what I want to do is to keep reaching out to the residents,

00:19getting to know them, hearing what they have to say,

00:23taking notes, and being very deliberate and diligent

00:26about the process of thinking and formulating a plan for Algang.

00:33And, of course, conveying that to them.

00:37And at its core, the Algang spirit is a fighting spirit.

00:42It is therefore no secret that I love Algang.

00:45Because the values cherished by the community

00:49are the same ones that resonate so deeply with me.

00:53Because at my core, I am a fighter.

00:58I've been one my whole professional life.

01:02And there is no doubt that I will fight for Algang and her residents

01:06without fear or favour.
