00:04And I want to start by asking you, what's been your experience of doing business in Saudi Arabia?

00:08Well, it's one of the largest growth areas in the world.

00:11And over the last 10 years, the tonality of, you know, investors' attitude has changed completely.

00:18I mean, you can see that just by the amount of traffic that any of the trade shows happen or the conventions.

00:24It's packed because people really want to understand what the vision is for the next 20 years in Saudi.

00:30And it's a very positive tone because there's a lot of stability coming into the way people think.

00:37I know the region's been in turmoil.

00:40But when you start to hear the vision of the long-term investment opportunity and the growth, it's hard to find it anywhere else in the world.

00:48And really, investors pursue growth.

00:50That's it.

00:51The path of least resistance is the lowest risk with the fastest growth rate.

00:55And right now, Saudi's in the top quartile of destinations for that.
