00:00Mr. O'Leary, a few years ago, you made a comment that I'd like to revive.

00:03You said Saudi Arabia is the most misunderstood country in the world,

00:09and I think things have changed since.

00:11I'd love to hear your opinion on your impression of how the world sees Saudi Arabia now.

00:16I don't think it's changed that much.

00:17I think people have come to the conclusion that trying to understand the kingdom by reading reports, it doesn't work.

00:27You have to get on a plane and go there.

00:29You have to actually, as I like to say, marinate in it.

00:33You have to go there, and that's very, very important.

00:37And I think I tell everybody that's interested in it, I say, look, there's only one thing to do.

00:44You've got to take 10 days and go to Riyadh and just understand that whatever your perception was, it's going to come back changed.

00:54And everybody that's done that, that I've talked to, said you were 100% right.

00:57So I would advocate that the government have a policy of making it as easy as possible for investors from every jurisdiction to go there,

01:07because my first experience was completely different than what I thought it was going to be,

01:12and it got reconfirmed every time I go.

01:16And what's amazing is there's so much change.

01:19Even in six months, you can see it.

01:22And so, you know, I went to the real estate conference recently.

01:25I was blown away.

01:26I mean, it was just massive.
