00:00Today we're talking about some of the core features and major changes that you can expect to see for My Team and Driver career.

00:09Let's get stuck here.

00:14If you've played My Team in one of our previous F1 games, you'll be familiar with taking on the role of Driver Owner,

00:21a single character that not only runs the day-to-day activities behind the scenes,

00:26but also jumps into the cockpit for the on-track action.

00:30For F125, however, we're shaking things up as My Team 2.0 sees you take on a more authentic, management-focused role in that of a team owner.

00:40As well as handling the critical facilities that make an F1 team tick – engineering, personnel and corporate –

00:47you'll be responsible for recruiting and managing a pair of drivers to represent your team,

00:52with the choice as to which driver you'd like to take to the track throughout each race weekend.

01:00The engineering facility separates research and development for the first time.

01:07When developing a part you've researched, you can decide where to focus the team's efforts.

01:12Will you look to develop parts for both drivers simultaneously, which will take longer but ultimately cost less,

01:18or do you opt for a single part for your in-form driver, having it ready for an upcoming Grand Prix?

01:26Favouring one driver over another can affect a driver's perception of the team,

01:30which could lead to less favourable contract terms if you look to re-sign that driver for the following season.

01:36So be warned, every decision matters.

01:44The personnel facility introduces a driver contract system with unique outcomes

01:50that allow you to negotiate with multiple drivers on the approach to the contract window.

01:55Take some time to meet drivers face-to-face, discuss terms and figure out the best line-up for your future team.

02:01But be careful, you don't want the news of your conversations to be leaked to other drivers.

02:08Outside of drivers, your workforce comprises the additional staff under your command.

02:14Naturally, the more you have, the greater the cost,

02:17with the upside of faster development of parts, reduced build facility improvement times and more.

02:22Be sure to keep an eye on your finances and not to break the cost cap.

02:26This is where the corporate facility comes into play.

02:31Spreading your finances effectively across the season is crucial to staying in the black.

02:36So review your spending often.

02:39Corporate is also where you'll be able to customise your livery using the new decal editor.

04:03accolades make a return in F125,

04:05and are now included as part of my team.

04:09Earning accolades will increase your fan rating,

04:11which can be boosted further if you come out on top

04:14in any rivalries that develop between your team and your closest competitors.

04:18As your fan rating progresses,

04:21you'll gain ongoing perks to make your team more effective,

04:25unlock the possibility of signing new lucrative title sponsors,

04:29and may find easier to sign more prestigious drivers.

04:36Both my team and driver career benefit from significant changes

04:40to the driver icon system in F125.

04:43For the very first time,

04:46both career modes will allow AI teams the option to recruit driver icons.

04:51That's right,

04:52you could end up going wheel-to-wheel with Michael Schumacher in a modern Ferrari,

04:56or Ayrton Senna in this year's McLaren,

04:59all whilst racing as a driver icon yourself.

05:03Driver career in F125 also allows you to add an 11th team to the grid,

05:07adding each of its drivers to the roster of driver icons,

05:11either Breaking Point's ConnoSport,

05:14or exclusive to the iconic edition of F125,

05:17the Apex GP team from F1 The Movie in cinemas this June.

05:23Plus, for my team,

05:25you can choose to take control of one of these two teams

05:27in your pursuit of the constructor's title,

05:30the same way you would your own custom team.
