00:00In the meantime, Russia and the U.S. exchanged prisoners for the second time since Donald Trump returned to the White House.

00:07Russia released U.S.-Russian ballet dancer Senya Karolina convicted of treason while the U.S. set free Russian-German citizen Arthur Petrov, accused of violating export controls.

00:19The exchange took place in Abu Dhabi with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirming Karolina's release.

00:25The swap reflects ongoing efforts to improve U.S.-Russia relations despite tensions over the Ukraine war.

00:33Both countries are also holding talks to restore diplomatic relations.
