These Leopard Cubs Are Showing Us The Art of Falling Down

The good thing about young cats is they can bounce right back despite some awkward landings.

00:00Ricky San and Howie San, two three-and-a-half-month-old clouded leopards.

00:05Clouded leopards are a species of big cat from Southeast Asia.

00:11These are two brothers.

00:12They came from the breeding program at the Nashville Zoo in Grasmere.

00:17The good thing about young cats is their bones are so supple

00:22that when you see them fall from what seems like high altitudes.

00:30They land with a big thud, but we know they're going to be okay.

00:35They just jump back up as if nothing happened and go back to wrestling.

00:40Pretty much every morning what they want to do is eat their breakfast

00:44and then just start playing.

00:47They chase lures.

00:49They run up and down their perches.

00:52They are chasing each other, biting each other.

00:55I have a feeling we're going to be making a lot of trips to the local pet stores

01:00to buy the indestructible dog toys that I'm sure will most likely last 24 hours.

01:07And then we'll have to go back out and make another trip.
