00:46They assured that the federal government does not have jurisdiction since Abrego-Garcia

00:50is in the custody of the El Salvador government and maintained that Abrego-Garcia is a danger

00:56to the community due to the alleged gun ties.

00:59Abrego-Garcia's lawyers have said in court documents that he has no criminal records
